I remember having the first one a while back for the gamecube. I remember loving it! and I saw it for £1.99 so I thought I'd might as well pick it up. I wish my ps2 would be nice though :/ It plays my really scratched Xenosaga, and yet it can't read the virtually new conditioned viewtiful joe. T^TJason":ycp08nd2 said:

That was a super good game, it's going in my Favorites list for sure. The lore is excellent & original; it's obvious that they put a TON of work into it.
The main meat of the plot of it was fairly standard, but the other writing (lore, books, dialogue) was really impressive.
I WOULD HAVE gotten Clean Hands & Ghost, except SOMEHOW, I must have accidentally killed 2 people & alerted someone during one of the missions. I have NO IDEA which people and I would've just replayed it, except it was pretty much the longest & most difficult mission of all of them. I'm replaying Dawn of Sorrow in Hard Mode. I want to get all souls. Also, I'm thinking about getting Portrait of Ruin, Theathrythm, Radiant Historia, and some game by SE, the Last Story.
Oh man Theatrhythm is a masterpiece of a game, I made an entire thread based on it on VGChartz (I go there too) because of how epic it is, as of right now I've put around 120 hours into it and still not bored! I've got SS on EVERY song on Ultimate, including every single DLC song... because I'm a motherfucking bawss.

Portrait of Ruin has a cool team aspect to it. There are a bunch of repeated environments in terms of resources. And the castle isn't that big to explore. It introduces quests which is something I dont think Dawn of Sorrow introduced? But the soul catching aspect of the game is different and using abilities is a bit different too. But imo Dawn of Sorrow is the best
I didnt get super far in Radiant Historia (put about 10 hours into it) but the game was great. The battle system is a great fusion of something traditional in a tactic based grid. And the fact that there are different branches in time that you can freely explore and change is cool. I mean you progress the tree in a linear fashion but the game lets you interact with each world and each world is pretty different from one another. And its really pretty imo.
But i lost interest kind of fast. I think i just wasn't in the mood for that type of game.
Been Playing Retro City Rampage. Great game with more hidden bits, puns and homages per minute then any game I've ever played. I highly recommend it if you're a fan of the games/movies/tv it pays tribute to.
And Torch Light 2. Loved the first game. Second is exactly what I like in a sequel. Lost more hours to this then I'd like to admit.

I be playing Paper Mario - the first one!
Super Paper Mario was the one on the Wii, right? The one where you could flip the plane to be either 2D or 3D?
That one was EASILY my favorite of nearly the entire Mario series (barring Mario 1, 3, Yoshi's Island, and Super Mario Galaxy).
The 2D/3D gimmick was awesome as hell IMO :P

I thought super paper mario was good
but yeah I agree with HiPotion i kind of just wanted a continuation of paper mario thousand year door
seriously that is easily one of the best rpgs i have played
and the writing and dialogue is so well done
i cant complain though nintendo at least tried to do something new~
