Sorry about the quality - my scanner is broken.

I haven't stopped drawing, so I wanted to show you guys what did draw recently (like yesterday).

you and mr bacon definitely need to keep it up! it's been great watching you guys improve and it definitely makes me want to quit dragging my feet and draw more

The hair is great! the only thing that seems a bit off to me is he face but other than that its great

Hmmmm... I know I messed up somehow, but I can't figure out myself.

They probably are. Though at the same time, I snapped the picture at the strangest angle. So it may appear that way. o.o But I don't know. I'm going to bug Star about the scanner soon.

The face is good. The issue with it is probably the mouth and maybe the shading area under the nose. The top of the lip needs to be more defined it's blending in with the shadows right above it. The mouth also might need to be moved up a tad. But I like those types of faces. Reminds me of the Xenogears concept sketches and face art.

wow bacon, that's like super-detailed. Doesn't really look like bark, but going by the star on it, that's prolly not the point.

So I thought that since I've never actually posted anything in this thread, I'd do a couple of doodles and show off my artistic talents and bad handwriting! I just doodled two random heads which literally took 10-20 seconds each, lol... to be honest I quite like the style I use, but I'm always open to pointers ofcourse.

This one is just random, I literally drew a few lines and a circle and was like "Hmm... sort of looks like some sort of head...", not sure how I came to it, but I think it looks pretty cool regardless, especially with how simple it is.

OMG! I love that eye thing! It looks so freaky! It could be used in a horror-like setting or something. :D

Good job, Bacon! You keep getting better and better each time you draw. ^_^

it's great to see you trying different stuff strawberry! one thing I noticed is that the girl to the left and guy to the right seem to have a rather larger than necessary gap between their nose and mouth, which makes them look like they have tiny chins

it's looking really nice though! the more you experiment and look for your oqn unique style the more i'm seeing "you" in the pictures if that makes any sense

i already said this on like skype but that cute lady puts a big smile on my face, bacon. for being a cartoon with extremely simplified features she manages to be extremely expressive. i really want to see some others in this style you have in mind and see if they all translate as well as Friendly Lady

Yeah I'll start doodling more often I think, it's just finding the time and effort, I mean, I could be doing it right now but can't be bothered, lol...

That does make sense, thanks Moe. ^_^ I think I'm going to try to convince Star to fix our scanner, so the quality looks better - so people can actually see them. XD

Yesterday with some enticing I managed to hoodwink my wife and kids into working on a project with me for sake of teaching teamwork (having issues with that one right now). Here is the bee troop "bumble" sketch. More will be posted when more are sketched. Feedback always welcome.
