Quick sketch I did on friday, waiting for some friends.
It's a character I intend to develop in 3D later one as part of my final project for my course. Was trying a new outfit for her :p

just messing around because I saw this folding bike and thought it would make a pretty cool axe thing

it has two ways to grip it! that's twice as many as the leading laser axe made from an expensive folding city bicycle

I think it got a little too heavy with mechanical-for-the-sake-of-mechanical but I'll keep at it

dr. what's his face is I think the best thing on that entire page

he is the most proper gentleman in the Club but whatever will he do about his missing tie

Oh wow! So much great artists here! It really motivates me to pick up my utensil and start drawing again.

Just a wip. She's supposed to look unworldly with alien anatomy. The body is funky indeed and needs a good fix.

you always jump to lip pursing
you seem to like to give your femchars the air of smugness so that they thrust forth their lips in a rather condescending manner.
it's as if she's holding back a titter, but is so smug that instead she simply gives a pursing smirk behind her shades as if to say "hmh, nice shoes honey" /rolls eyes undetectably

anyway you need to relax on your feature blocking a little. you seem to overthink it. draw a bunch of shapes to block of face musculature and then just let it flow. you can block a face's skull and muscle/tendon structure just like you'd do a body in a dynamic pose. and with close-ups it's a good idea.

your color use is, as always, pretty splendous.

when doing hair though you're skipping a few ending steps where you blend it in together so it stops looking like straw or reeds though.

Another sketch from moi. She has no clothes on, but I didn't really draw anything bad. ^_^; I'm debating on what to have her wear. O.oa For some reason, I feel drawing the clothes might really ruin the picture. T.T
