The last film you saw

Last film I watched was the Star Trek Reboot on Netflix. Unfortunately, I had just finished watching Heroes recently and from the first moment Adult Spock spoke, I could not get it out of my head that he was not Sylar. The actor played both characters very similar: going from complete lack of emotion to over the top extreme emotion. I wish I had seen this Star Trek movie before I watched the Heroes series because, other than that, it was really good and I am looking forward to a sequel.

just saw Insidious, and, holy flying demon shit. That shit was scary.

The best part was that it was scary throughout nearly the whole movie, there wasn't even that first 30~ minutes of movie where it eases you in. Nope. Right away, scary shit. And not just scary shit, like, REAL horrific shit. Like the shit that will give you nightmares.

everybody should see this movie.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
I was dissapointed, the entire movie seemed kind of rushed imo, I was expecting a lot more from this. :(

... That film was awful and I didn't find it scary whatsoever, it really bored me, I was expecting it to be something masterful and really scary based on what people told me, but fuck it was just boring... and yeah, I've actually seen it twice because I tried watching it again and lowered my expectations, hoping that if I watched it from a "Pretend I know nothing about it" point of view, I might enjoy it better (It's worked with tons of films and games before) But fuck me sideways while running down a motorway, it was so dull and boring the second time around...

However...

Next week I'm going to see Captain Motherfucking America! God I'm so hyped for this, he's one of my favourite Marvel characters and the trailers just look amazing!

... But the last film I saw was I Spy last night, I just fancied watching something with Owen Wilson in after watching Drillbit Taylor (Devy is in this!) and Marley & Me the days before, lol... I may have to watch Behind Enemy Lines tonight because I really did like the film and I haven't seen it in AGES.

Saw Cap'n Amerka on Saturday.

I wanted to like it, I really did. It had nazi's and everything.

But ... The pacing was horrendous. The whole movie I sat there going, "wait. wait no stop!!! i want to see what's going on there!!!"

That movie would have been better served as a TV miniseries. There was a lot of material there, and it was covered too quickly :/

Well it's not technically a film, but for the last hour and half or so I've been watching all the episodes of Mortal Kombat Legacy...

They weren't too bad, a little cheaply made, effects weren't too bad though, but the episodes were too short and didn't follow the Mortal Kombat canon... but oh well, they were sort of just like origin episodes anyway, but a different take on them.

Entertaining to say the least, but not as great as I was hoping...

I was watching Let The Right One In yesterday, which drove me to rent Let Me In.

The only thing about Let Me In that I liked better than LTROI was that
Abby (Eli) was actually a girl in this one instead of a castrated boy.

I didn't mind Let Me In, I just hated that Abby seemed to be a lot more callous than Eli was, showing little to no remorse for her actions. There's other stuff I could critique, but I'm not going to write it all out to spoiler it.. it seems redundant.

The last movie I saw in theaters was Harry Potter 7 Part 2. It was pretty good, actually.
The last movie I watched (from my PS3) was Spirited Away. I absolutely  that show!
