The last film you saw

Ponyo is okay but definitely not Miyazaki's best work. It was adorable and the animation was superb but the story towards the end gets very strange. It definitely feels a lot more Eastern than some of his other films so it's understandable a lot of Western viewers will feel alienated. Definitely a kid's movie - I could see a five year old having a ballin' time with it. It's more or less a rehash of My Neighbor Totoro.

Nausicaa is one of my favourite Ghibli films. For a first venture, it's fantastic. The soundtrack is really dated (it sounds straight out of a Thundercats episode) and the story can feel a bit loose but like CitS it's a great, imaginative adventure.

I watched kiki's delivery service when I was like, 10, and man it was ballin hard. And I watch it like, three times a year. I think it's Miyazaki's best, but most people laugh at me and say spirited away/howl's moving castle is

So when I woke up earlier, Year One was on Sky Movies HD, so I was like meh, I've seen it twice already, but I love it so I'll watch it again.

Last movie I saw. Lets see. It was Stardust cause Strawberry wanted me to see it really badly. It had it's good moments and cheesy moments but I liked it.

No not at all, the adverts actually make the film look decent, whether it is or not is another story, and it doesn't matter to me anyway since I won't be watching it.

yeah i totally agree with you there jbrist. when i saw the previews it looked AMAZING and i couldnt wait for it. but after the reviews came out i was dissapointed. a 6% on RT

if it indeed was a troll, then that troll cost paramount an approx. $260 million
