The last film you saw

I just watched The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas.

They changed a hell of a lot from the book... still, it was a good film. I highly recommend reading the book first before even looking at the film cover or any blurbs. It's a really good read.

The film though? Well it just didn't have the same effect. The whole point of the book was you didn't know what was going on (well, easy to guess, but you're looking at it from the perspective of a boy who doesn't know what is going on). If you can actually see it, in the detail, you kind of know, and it ruins it.

I'm glad they didn't cop-out on the ending. Had it been an American film they'd probably have changed that. :smoke:

Jason

Awesome Bro

I can't even remember the ending of the book, and I've read it twice before lol... although I WAS young at the time, this was like, maybe a decade ago... ish.

Avatar 5 times in a row 3 in 3D and 2 in 2D XD

I was obsessed with it all, get to an extant to learn some of the Language.

out of theatre I watched The Fifth Element damn good for a Sci-fi.

Two fav Sci-fi's Avatar and The Fifth Element

Ninja Assassin. Plot totally sucked, and it didn't make a lot of sense. It was fucking cool as hell, though! The action alone was good enough for me.

I saw Alice in Wonderland yesterday. It was pretty much exactly what I expected it to be, Tim Burton's usual style. Even the characters had pale faces and bags under there eyes like in every Tim Burton movie ever made.

It wasn't bad, though. I enjoyed it.

Just saw Shutter Island today. It was kind of gay, I thought it was supposed to be scary and it wasn't at all. It was just one of those movies where the plot makes no sense until the end.

Haunting in connecticut is it just me or are horror films being over hyped, not many new horror films scare me at all :S

the strangers? I think it was called. the one where there's this couple in a house and they just got back from a dinner discussing some problems they were having or something, and then these people kept ringing the doorbell and eventually got into the house and etc. and did stuff to them. i thought was scary because it's kind of a fear of mine, someone coming into the house and killing me..

Just got back from How to train your dragon. It's not a great movie but it doesn't disappointed. Well, it is disappointing that you already know half the movie from the trailer, and all the good lines were used in commercials. Short too, felt rushed. I'll add it to my movie collection when it comes out.

I saw Alice in Wonderland. I didn't see it in 3D. I much rather disliked it; I think it the trailers made the movie seem better than it actually was. The plot line was pretty much a Lord of the Rings rip-off. =/

I was alone all day so I picked up Mt.Dew voltage, chips, and 3 movies: Underworld:Raise of the lycans, Dante's Inferno (animated), Dragonheart (two-sided dvd, first and second movie)

I almost want to play the game now after watching Dante's Inferno. Not only does the animation change with each segment of the movie but so does the character designs. It's all 2d animation btw.

Not much to say about Underworld. If you saw the first movie you already know what happens. Everything is blue too.

Thank you for viewing
