So I'm stuck with my Sister's Family for a while, babysitting, dog walking. Hardly any time to myself, which is what I was afraid of. They're screamers. Also I think I'm getting sick. Not from Corona. Probably just from whatever the kids are covered in.

Also, Twitter is the one I default to because it's my least risky in terms of data - I'd appreciate a Twitter login.


GitHub is a stretch, but if you get integration with your developer accounts it might be super handy for you (login via GitHub -> check if part of your company's team -> gain access to live branch testing or something). Setting that up is probably not beneficial or short term, but it's a cool thing you could potentially do in the future.

Just took Afar down after a full ten years. It's had a game killing bug for a few of those I think; never noticed.

Hi Fayte! Not done yet. Still doing updates maybe every other day on average. Mostly small stuff. Adding one map, or one conversation, or one quest per day. At least, that's what I'm doing now that the localization system is finished. All the text in the game can now be replaced dynamically by reading from the localization files. I finally finished the system, or about 99% of it anyway, and then sent about 3,000 lines of text to my poor translator. And now that localization is out of my hands, I'm back to finishing the main quest.

Maybe one day soon it'll be done. But I've been saying that for 3 years.

As an 'essential worker' in these times, it definitely makes overtime quite the conundrum... do I do it to get more money (which I need), but more likely to get the virus (without mentioning the added stress whilst working). Or try and just stick to my regular hours to limit exposure like everyone else in isolation. It always brings me back to memories of when I had Swine Flu. They weren't fun.

And on a totally different note... game stuff has halted. I got that style that I posted, which I'm ultimately happy with. And yet I can't decide on game mechanics, the theme, etc. Literally switched my usual aesthetic problems for the gameplay...

Not a lack of thoughts either. Essentially choice paralysis; too many things I want to do, can't do them all, but also I can't decide what to keep and what to cull, and how to ultimately theme it. Every day or so I've changed my mind again. It's getting me antsy too.

I finally threw doubt to the wind and started 2 separate clothing brands and boom Coronavirus came through and slowed the process down. Still going through with it just waiting on samples to come back.

Skyrim VR just made me actually physically throw up. Eugh.

I'm on day 5 of my coronavacation and I've officially lost all sense of time.

I haven't had this much consecutive time off since I was 17, and any other time I've ever taken time off it was because I had something to do with that time.

I'm beginning to think that actually getting COVID-19 would be healthier for me in the long run.

I'd like to go back to work now.

This was another weaksauce April Fools. I didn't do anything last year because I was transitioning to a new laptop. And this year I just haven't been home which made time management to prepare anything a challenge.

I'm been toying with the idea of a game, which essentially has little circles. That you can move all along the outside of, and jump into the gravity of other circles to switch to that one. They'll be different sizes, with different things on them to fight, collect, craft, etc.

But... I can't help but think something similar has been done before? That's fine, but I can't seem to find it, if it has. Would be useful so I don't just make a bad clone unknowingly!
