Old house I built, just after the introduction of colored wool. This one was made using INVedit resources. I also burnt it down by trying to create a real fireplace instead of a furnace.

On my world I figured out a use for that huge arse cave system that my house connects to. I am mining it out and making it a huge arse storage room. When it's done I'll post pictures.

I think a lot of the screens you see here with the original texture pack are from servers that don't know how or don't care to implement a good-looking texture pack.

I, for one, can only play on SSP, and have that shit textured up. XD

Painterly pack with the new lighting system is really nice looking, but I have a bad monitor so the darker textures don't work very well. The default textures are bright and easy to see.

I don't know what it is, but I enjoyed my Painterly pack with Better Grass/Better Lighting. I don't think that mod works with 1.3. I'm also disappointed that my HUD map doesn't work any more. Does anyone know of a HUD map mod compatible with 1.3?

Better Lighting is now part of Minecraft itself. The guy who made it worked with notch to make it happen.

try looking for Zan's Minimap. its what I use and is much better than the simplemap included with better light/ grass
