i just want diagonal half-blocks--wedge blocks. imagine how much smoother you could make anything look with simple wedge blocks.

i am trying to build the Lost City of Petra right now, and it is becoming really difficult to demonstrate the ornate pillars without wedge blocks :[

Oh, no, I can see ghasts in SMP, and go to the nether just fine.
What I can't see is ghast fireballs because they're freaking invisible in SMP D:

We were aiming at releasing 1.5 this week, but no. There’s been significant feature creep (we’ve got powered rails now, and lightning hitting a pig will turn it into a zombie pigman), so we don’t have time to get it out this week.

I like how they maintained the 'blocky' feel of Minecraft in the art by really defining the temples and jaw of the skeleton.

Hey, that looks cool. Does the mod include like the maps and stuff? And is it just like running through random dungeons or is there a story?

yeah it's pretty much random dungeons, but it's funner than hell. I'm not sure if the mod comes with the zelda map, but it comes with some. I just downloaded a pack of the zelda map + the mod. Best part is it's a stand alone mod so you can still keep normal minecraft.

Ahh, ok, I see, it's adventurecraft with a zelda map. That's pretty cool. I've basically stopped playing til the next update, it looks like the next update will add some pretty cool stuff LIKE WEATHER :D

Wow. I really like the use of half-blocks as roof overhang. And the fence structure in the last screen is also very much cool. It looks almost like a wine rack from that angle. You have a really interesting design style! This is the kind of stuff I'd like to play on a server for. My designs are ultimately bland because I'm just not seeing interesting designs like these playing solely on SSP. Can't wait until I get on my new network that won't lag my games to hell.

Wow, that is really nice. I am currently remodeling my castle to match that of a scottish castle blueprint. But the ground work to get it started takes forever! ..so I will let you know when I have anything to show for it. Or you can just watch my progress using my sig links.
