So... has anyone played the Vanquish demo yet? I downloaded it off PSN and played it yesterday, shit it's really fun, it's pretty much like Gears of War, except faster paced and you can dash about and do flips and shit and dropkick enemies and go into slowmo and yeah... really fun, it's persuaded me to buy the game (Although I was going to anyway)

So, I preordered Birth by Sleep about a month ago. The game's set for a September 9th release date in the states, and I got my copy in the 2nd. I'm 100% sure it's legit, but I'm still kinda confused on why it got here so early.

They often ship preorders well before release to give snailmail the time to get it to you

anyway I was playing bayonetta this morning and I think she wants me to do weird things to her

UGH WEIGRAF seriously, how is it I beat this game when I was like 10 but now I'm stuck

become the squire before the battle, and if you have rubber boots that will help absorb most of his attacks. ok, by this point you should have the squire at lvl8 with all the shit mastered. go into battle and every turn go into the bottom left corner (so go directly right when you start) if you do this right, every turn hell just walk and wont attack. go back and forth and every turn use a skill that increases your speed. once you get enough turns to double him, start doing attacks to increase your attack. then go back to the speed once your attack is high enough. when you get about 4 turns per one of his then go in for the kill. you should deal about 999 every turn

everyone gets stuck at this battle and says LOL SQUARE SOFT U FAGOTS WHY DID YOU SCREW ME but its a strategy game and people never use the classes to their fullest extent. the squire is badass and imo besides like the holy knight is the best class in the game.

This is the same strategy I use basically. When I was younger I used to ninja his bum, but now I take it slowly and realize that battle isn't so hard anymore.

I'm playing this game right now, as I type this, actually. *grins* I'm almost at that battle. YAY!

ninja works great too, it just took me too long to train that class all the way. plus im lazy haha

thanks! it seems kinda cheap, but I'm at my wits end. until this point I've been using Ramza as a ninja with Guts (squire) secondary and Counter, but he just does too much damage. it would've been easier with auto-potion but ugghh so lazy

its cheap as fuck, and its a glitch on wiegraf part but

a) he's hard as shit to fight the legit way
b) fuck it, its wiegraf

same here. also I think I'm the only one that prefers using the quirkier characters like Mustadio, Rafa & Malak, and Reis over the SUPER BADASSES like Cid (maybe why I have so much trouble! idk)

oh shit cid, hes ace. mustadio is bad ass too, he was just so fucking week that i ditched him. i like malak and rafa (doesnt one of them die?) but again, they had pretty wack defense

also I've never bothered to get Cloud, but I'm probably gonna try this go-around. idk what he's even like, probably some souped-up version of Squire like Agrias/Cid
