tales of symphonia was balls except for the gameplay. seriously i thought it was the worst Tales game, the story is flat and derived from LOL RPG CLICHES HEH THIS IS 1990 LETS SEARCH FOR MAGICAL BASED ITEMS LOL IM AN ANGEL and the characters are all AWFUL, and the soundtrack is like Sakuraba's least well done work.
people praise how groundbreaking and acclaimed it was but they dont realize that its THE EPITOME OF ANIME. the only reason everyone loves it is because there are only like 2 or 3 rpgs on GameCube, and the only good one is Skies of Arcadia.
Seriously all the Tales games are pretty much trash except for Eternia and Destiny, and Abyss is awesome too if you can stomach the shitty main character.

dont let the gay ass cover art fool you. this game is FANTASTIC although very short its difficulty ramps up and becomes very fun
seriously out of all the anime action games ive played this one is pretty sweet
the music is pretty cool, and the gameplay feels like kirby mixed with metroid. the whole theme is kinda a parody of zelda/anime, and its in japanese but there are translated roms out there to play.
it spawned a couple sequels i think but none were released in america. either way, its a pretty fun little game that will take about 1-2 hours to beat, its 12 stages and it feels like an action rpg in a platformers body. you guys should check it out.

I hate that final boss. So much. Its literally something I never looked forward to beating. The reason is that it is cheap. She used that Night Mother or whatever attack that can afflict a random status effect, which happened to be charm. Then the charmed character goes off and heals all of her HP. It almost happened twice. x:

Scribblenauts was kind of annoying because of the controls but in short doses it was fantastic. I want to see them improve on that basic idea with some better controls and more options. It might sound pretty lol to say "more options" but with some of the puzzles there's only a few valid ways to get anything done.
Moe... they're already working on Super Scribblenauts, you use the face buttons to move Maxwell and the stylus to move the camera, makes more sense, and you're allowed to add adjectives to words too.
And what do you mean only a few valid ways? I must've played some levels over 20 times and used different ways each time.
Also, there's 22802 items in the game, although how many of those are duplicates I have no idea, but meh...
