Almost beat Atelier Shallie. Yay!

Hate that I need Surf in Pokemon Y for Victory Road. Dead weight. ><
Surf is actually a good move
Compared to Rock Smash and Strength and stuff, Surf isn't a bad move at all.
In my experience with Pokemon, you just load up that one Pokemon in your party with all the HMs you can so it takes up one Pokemon slot, but all other party members can be as good as possible instead.

the x/y gens may be different though idk. also i remember clearing victory road in diamond with just like the one pokemon and i thought elite four was the hard part, not victory road

The thing is, I don't know who to replace. I eventually replaced my baby, Vulpix. I'm still getting my ass kicked though.

I'm trying to keep Pokemon that interest me (which is probably a major point of the game).

Let's not forget I have major memory issues, so I can't always remember Pokemon types in battle. So I use whatever.

My boyfriend does this. I thought about at least making st Pokemon cute to look at as a mascot of my party. XD

I've been pretty much non stop playing Stardew Valley on the comp. It's great, probably one of the most addicting life sim I've played. Just finished the first year and Ive already accomplished and unlocked a lot of stuff.

+1 to Stardew. I'm actually really curious if that was made with RM... Different sprites, of course, and a way more involved system, but a very similar look! (of course, rmxp was made to be similar to SNES jrpgs...so....maybe it's just coincidence.)

@bacon I'm only in the summer of my first year :)

I just played an extremely sexy NSFW game called 'Fairy Fighting'. Too much hotness. I wasn't ready... I didn't survive. Almost ruined my keyboard. *cough* such an unexpected powerful reaction.

So much WTF. I love it.

Anyway... I'm playing a game called Geometry Wars: Galaxies for the Wii. Great time killer.

Hell yeah it's a fantastic game. I'm glad to see it's doing so well; ConcernedApe deserves it for the effort he put in on it.

Thanks for mentioning this game. :D

I might try it someday.

Cute naked fairies are the bomb! :D

I haven't really played anything for a month. Still working on Agarest War, I made it to generation 4. This game is unreasonably tedious. Just to advance the plot, you have to cross 5 battle fields just to ask an NPC where to go next, and then you have to clear 20 some battle fields in a 3-path branch. Followed by 2 dungeons. Consecutive Forts battles. A bullshit boss with a ton of HP and regen. Then another 10 battle fields to that generations final boss.
It takes forever! Forever!

God, I have spent the past few days playing MGSV: TPP. I love it so much.
I'm only 39% through the game. On mission 27 or something like that.
I was supposed to have this week off, but I don't, so my plans to play it all week have gone D:
Still I'm enjoying it. I've got 169 hours on it ;)
Albeit some of those hours (like, I'd say at least 10 or 20) were just the game left on in the ACC while I was doing other stuff.
Snapchat face swap is a blessing.

I decided to activate my FFXI account again.
It's never a good time to subscribe to any service when I'm away from home on 3-4 day weekends every week.
Funeral arrangements. Graduations. Storms and Internet/cable upgrades.
Fuck it. I'm home now, i don't even care if I can only play for a few days.

Achieved Windurst - Rank 10
Completed Rise of the Zilart
Expanded inventory space to 55 60.
Raised level cap to 85.

I'd say it's easy going at this point. But collecting the items and traveling back and forth is still a chore. You got to wait on rare drops or moon phases to complete some quests.

I've got a few missions started for Chains of Promathia, Treasures of Aht Urhgan, and Wings of the Goddess -The only expansions I have installed. The story lines all start regardless of what you have or haven't completed, so it's a little confusing talking to the same npc 3 times and getting 3 different cutscenes. I couldn't do this without a guide to tell me what's what.

I decided to play 10 hours of Summon Night: Swordcraft Story instead of sleeping.
That game is crazy awesome. Blends some of the best RPG elements. The battle system is awesome, although using spells and stuff is somewhat annoying, I feel it's fair. It just gets a bit frustrating when you switch to a spell, get hit, and are subsequently stunlocked cause you can't guard. There are also a few enemies patterns that are bullshitty stunlock masters. While we're on the subject of enemies though, it's got an impressive range of enemies and most of them are really fun to fight! I also love the dungeon design! It really takes me back to FF4!
Another thing I noticed is I think the pacing of the game is really well done! There are these little story arcs that happen during the main story arc that all lead into this quite big crescendo. I haven't completed it yet, but I'm at the start of this crescendo bit. Ima get some sleep and then finish it. but once I'm done I'll update this post with my verdict on the ending. The journey so far is very worth it though!
