What games are you currently playing?

Made it to Act III. Playing as a Female Monk. Basically been using the same 2 skills the whole time. Thunder Fist that teleports to the target and a whirl kick thing for when I'm surrounded. Everything else looks cool but seems slow or has a narrow range.
Only had a few complications starting the game, took forever and a day to download and when it was finally at 100% the servers were down. Somehow I ended up with two secondary skills mapped to the mouse and couldn't get to the primary skills so I had to look up how to fix it.
The salvage system has apparently been changed since release. I remember seeing videos on how you got crafting items from armor and weapons. But now all you can do is salvage magic items for essence which is kinda dumb, also most of the stuff in the forge is useless and the few items I can equip are levels under what I already have so it's easier to just sell everything with a right-click rather than drag the item across the screen one at a time to collect essence.

So I finished Saints Row IV earlier today, the ending was pretty cool, but meh at the same time... although I still think the whole game has been great, I clocked in at 22 hours, and that was taking my time and getting the collectibles too (Not got ALL of them yet, but the platinum trophy is EXTREMELY easy to get...)

I've been playing Final Fantasy XIV again with my brother, not really progressing or anything, I think I spent more time randomly chatting with people in /shout than actually killing enemies or doing quests, lol.

And I've just ordered Dynasty Warriors 8, since I had some leftover points in my ShopTo account, and knocked the price down from £27.85 to £14.53, not too shabby lol... haven't played a Dynasty Warriors game since the third, apart from Next on the Vita, although I've also played Samurai Warriors: State of War for the PSP and Samurai Warriors 2: Empires on the 360, they might as well be the same game since it's just reskinned lol, but meh whatever... I find the games fun, I still play Next every other day for an hour or two, and apparently Dynasty Warriors 8 is the best so far, so yeah... hoping I'll have fun with it!

Finished Diablo III. Played it all weekend. I don't know what to do with my life now. Finish Tales of Xillia, I guess.

been playing tales of xillia which well at first didnt like it too much but it gets better the farther you get. Also playing FF14. enjoying it so far but really havent put much time in to... will more once ive beaten tales of xilla. also getting killzone vita tomorrow... so il be playing that

Right now, I am a level 33 Paladin/Gladiator.

First off, I am so glad I picked a tank because i have no wait time when I use the Duty Finder. Like it instantly finds a ready group.

When I first was playing the game, I thought it was just okay. The further I have gotten, the more I have enjoyed it. Sometimes the game lacks originality though, especially with the setting. Its a really pretty game, its just not original. The settings so far range from typical forest, desert, plains.

Now that Ive gotten a few skills, my tactics for battles have gotten more advanced as well. At my first levels, I was just spamming attack skills.

But holy shit I am in love with the dungeons, and the further you get into the game the better the dungeons become. Not only that, they also become pretty difficult. I just got to Brayflox and it literally destroyed my party and we ran out of time and failed the duty. I also like how the dungeons ease you to learn the more advanced concepts of being in a party. Dungeons eventually start throwing in roaming mobs, status effects, etc.

I still havent touched a gathering or crafting trade yet but i heard that the economy is really good right now.

And seeing it in motion is so much better, especially when you're running at a locked 60FPS on PC with everything on high, and the fact that there's little details such as clothes blowing in the wind, is great! And the lighting and shadows too, sheeeeit! You can stand there and literally watch the shadows move as it turns from day to night

Jsyk, I think the NA / EU data centers are in the same location, so it shouldn't really matter whether you join an EU or an NA server. That's what I've heard anyway....

But seriously, what do you mean by that? All the servers are hosted in the same place, Canada, lol... there's tons of US players on my server!

Because balancing time between two characters never works for me, lol

That's why I like the fact that one character can have multiple classes

I haven't fully jumped into a server yet, so I still have to pick.

I have an old guild from FFXI on Balmung (which is restricted now, I think), a UK buddy on Ragnarok, then you guys on different servers.
