The only reason we have it on the PS3 is because we bought it when my dad was here and he HOGGED the XBOX 360 like no tomorrow.

We WOULD play it on the PC, but we both only have laptops. >>

It's only about € 5. (dunno about pounds or dollars)
The problem is though that the minimum amount of points you can buy is 800, which means you'd have to spend at least € 10 for a points card or still have some leftover points from other purchases.

It's still not incredibly expensive, but I just don't know if it's worth paying when all you get in return is a house.

Just server switched Vabbi on GW2.
Turns out the server I chose is the unofficial Polish server... they came in force xD
Of course nothing wrong with them, but it makes WvWvW and dungeons harder when I don't understand them

The guild I'm in seems to dominate everything ... But then it's so big I can't help but feel a little lost in it!

Anyway I'm the sort that despises MMOs, but GW2 has proved surpisingly good thus far. Only gripe is that getting shuffled into overflow servers can be really annoying

How are Overflow servers bad?
I think alil' perspective is needed...

Overflow in GW2 is when other MMOs would flat out not let you play due to servers being full.
In that regard, its a god send.
And its not too bad even from a party stand point; because earlier today I got d/c and when I came back. I was in a different overflow on the server, but I right clicked my party member's portrait and clicked "join <location>" and poof! it worked :>

I am loving the game thus far...
The voice acting, the events, all the collectible vistas etc in every region... how plays help each other much more, how gorgeous the game looks.. ahhh...
Worth the wait

I hate overflow servers because that very thing has never successfully worked for me. So, quite often, I zone into an area with my party members, and some of them are on overflow, or I am, and we have to kill time until we can switch servers and be on the same team. Because whenever any of us click [join location], nothing happens whatsoever.

Could be because we're on a more-crowded-than-usual server, but it's still annoying ~~~

Well I've not found too many issues *touchwood* so the launch has been pretty successful for me thus far!

There have been quite a few problems with the "join" feature.
For instance, today I tried to enter the first dungeon for the first time, and it either didin't teleport me inside at all or it brought me into a different instance than the other members of my party. :/

It sucks that the problems haven't been fixed yet because it seems they have been going on for about a week now..

I haven't tried any dungeons yet, due to levels.
My biggest issue is that my HoM points haven't been applied so I cannot get any of my GW1 rewards.
Its launch though, so I'm owning all the issues up that, especially since the BWE had nowhere near as many issues.
A lot must have to do with the volume.

Finally got vsnes working on my linux laptop. Playing starbound between engineering classes :D (on a side note, is it worth it to track down and play mother 1?)
