Uncharted 2 is supposedly 10-14 hours, but I might take longer to just look at the scenery in every goddamn moment.. it is so unreal.

358/2 days is really bad. I like how there's a degree of difficulty but aside from that it looks like nothing but a cash-in on the franchise. same music, same areas, same characters. recon missions are terrible. objectives are uncreative (KILL THIS ONE HEARTLESS.) graphics are terrible; they should stop trying to do detailed 3D on the DS, it really isn't suited for it.

really, that long? i got through 1 in about 5-6 hours. Left me really wanting more. Good to know this one's longer.

but that's how long they said the original one was..... so im guessing it could be done in 7 hours... that's why im waiting till find it cheaper

rofl. I just noticed, while I was looking for the statistics page, it keeps track of how long you've been in cover, how long you've spent standing still, time spent running, climbing in the air and tons of other stats. I've been in cover for 1 hour 18 minutes so far, and I'm on chapter 22 with 7.5 hours of playtime.. I think the last chapter is 26, so that is at LEAST another 3 hours of playtime, so the 10 hour mark might be right.

EDIT: And I'm doing my first playthrough on hard.. and lemme tell ya, it's hard. I just went through a chase scene, and that was a bitch.

I've been playing a little bit of Killzone 2 here and there. Before that I was playing LittleBigPlanet, but I stopped because I got all the prize bubbles and I don't see the point in playing any Community levels since I got the Create trophy.

Also, I've been playing some... uhh... Fallout 3, lol.

I know I said it was terrible, but I've sorta got into it a little over the last week, AND my mate did actually buy me the GOTY edition, although before I actually put it in my PS3 I'm finishing the story and sidequests of the original, as well as getting to Level 20 to make life easier...

By the way, what the hell does it mean with the Broken Steel DLC, something about removing the end of the game ? o.O

... Anyone care to elaborate on that, the fuck does it mean ?!

It means it changes the finality of the original ending so that you can continue playing afterwards. previously the game ended after the story was done.

originally you got to the end, it summed up your major actions in the game, rolled credits, and ended. people got pissed because they wanted to still carry on with their characters.

with that DLC, it'll do all the same, except after the credits you wake up somewhere else. there's a set of missions you can do afterwards involving the brotherhood of steel.

p.s. there's a fun mission not many people know about if you skim along the north border of the map, towards the north by north west end. in a strange looking cave.

... As in, a different map, or does the map just extend with the expansions ?

And I'll have to look for the cave, I could do with a new quest/mission, lol...

So I finally beat the game, and it took me 13 hours to complete.

GOTY, no question at all.

I was telling you.. the last boss is hard as shit. I had to do it over at least 20 times.. Honestly, the boss battle is kinda dry and extremely repetitive. Did I mention hard? No way I'm gonna beat this on crushing..

That, and the game is apparently long. Also, there were a few other points in the game where I had to redo it 10+ times.

I agree, although I already beat the game on Crushing :P Hard took me about 11 hours. Going through to find treasures and MP is amazing and worth the annoying parts imo.
