Ooohhhh trust me, there's plenty worse than Bebop.

Gotta least say that Yoko Kanno's Blues/Jazz score was good.

Okay... mmm... a lousy anime....

Okay, let's try this: A pirate anime where the captain can't even swim and is under a stupid curse of having a body made of rubber, just because he ate some fruit. A ship's cook who doubles as a matre'd kickboxer, and a swordsman who uses '3' swords??? He only has two hands!

Anyone else wanna say just how ridiculous the premise of One Piece really is? It's just another 'we're on a quest to get _______ and meanwhile we have to _____ to get to _____'. Purely formulaic in desiii--- no one should have designed THIS!

I used to hate One Piece too, until I recently saw non-4kids versions. I then realized this was actually a damn good anime. Like, really damn good. Best long running Shonen Jump series there is. I used to be skeptical about how much 4kids could have really changed things, but after seeing it I know now it wasn't just some weeaboo cult movement. The characters are much deeper than the stupid caricatures would have you believe; the art style may be silly, but I'd actually recommend viewing the character-driven back story episodes for anyone who wants to make their own characters deeper.

Bobobo bo bobobo.. That was the only anime where I felt like someone dickslapped my brain.. but damnit it was amusing.

Milk + Shin Chan ... wtf on acid

Gunslinger girl ... I didnt even enjoy this piece of pedophilia a little.

Yet the worse.. above all else.. THE WORSE inexplicably bad show I ever seen..

Genshiken. What the hell... what the flipping hell. I dont want to watch a cartoon show about what can happen in real life.. I am not even going to wait for the jokes.. which are probably some perverse geeky ooh ass and tits + panty and upskirt jokes.. Fuckin come on.

"geeky ooh ass and tits + panty and upskirt jokes..."
. . . I'm so glad I've never watched that, if that's an accurate idea of what to expect.

Milk was horrible. Horrible. HORRIBLE. I'd rather overdose on Iron from children vitamins than watch that. I'd watched the View over that. The View. Bobobo bo bhatever, I simply can't get amused enough to not change the channel.

I liked Hamtaro!
...
Yeah, anyway.
Usually I tend to look into an anime before I watch it. Or if it's bad, not finish it.
I don't like mecha. Gundam-anything never was interesting to me (except G Gundam).
Evangelion is also good.

ANYWAY.

The only I have to really "hate" about an anime was the ending of Trinity Blood.
AMAZING show but it's sorta like "Hey, the creator died without finishing the story; let's put a GIGANTIC plot hole in the last 15 minutes of the show and call it good." DAMMIT.

Bleach. because of the bitch effect. Everyone fights better unless they're fighting ichigo, who doesn't seem to be that great a fighter.
He RAN from kenpachi, and STILL beat him? come on. then a few episodes later zaraki takes down two captains, using bankai, without being able to use bankai. Ichigo apparently can make people his bitch by fighting poorly against them.
oh, and another example!!! ikkaku fought ichigo and lost but fought that way stronger arrancar and used bankai on him!!! His excuse for not using it is he only uses it in a dire situation. I'd call getting my ass kicked by a fifteen year old intruder a dire situation.

unfortunate
its one of the few animes that isn't reliant on over dramatic faggotry and boobs the size of an end table
that puts it a peg above everything else, even if it IS about hamsters

btw

pics or it didn't happen

You may want to catch Gunslinger Girl - Il Teatrino- (second season) then,
...airing on Japan tv coming Jan 7th.

I THINK I should be watching it. Well, maybe. >_<

I found bayblade 2nd season very booooring, the one where the use computer generated bayblades for the first time -_-.  DBZ/Gt were very cool when I wsa young but now it's just too long, though DB is pretty fun :P Pokemon is oké but the most repetive serie I'ver ever known of >>
1. Bayblade
2. DBZ/GT
3. Pokemob

Any anime based off a manga is instantly boring because it relies on tons of fillers once the series catches up with the manga in the plotline.  Also, since each episode could encompass an entire book within 30 minutes, they stretch the damn things out with TONS of talking, inner monologue, and all the fight scenes are halted at odd intervals so the characters can comment on their abilities.  Blech.

Naruto and Bleach are prime examples of SUPER FILLER garbage.

Ironically, I moderately enjoyed Full Metal Alchemist.  One of the few anime's that lasted more than 20 episodes and WASN'T based on a manga.

I 100% agree with you. Every time I sit down and watch a new episode of Naruto/Bleach (subbed), I get pissed off and talk about how they're the worst animes ever. I mean, forget the 7+ minutes every epp wasted on flashbacks, and the 5 at the end for "previews", and the horrible, horrible sequences of "powering up" and "running through the forest/city/desert", Naruto had over 100 episodes of filler (completely unrelated to the main plot) for crying out loud!

And yet ... I still watch them religiously every week the day after they drop in Japan. It's like ... A disease.

? FMA was based on a manga... very loosely, but the characters, setting, and basic story outline all came from the manga. A lot of it was still very different, though. Perhaps that was what you meant? Forgive me if I misunderstood.

I think that word perfectly describes it. XD

I suppose I'm the only one that enjoys old/old-ish anime, for the sake of nostalgia.

I'll still watch the earliest episodes of Pokemon, if it's on TV, merely because every Saturday when I was in grade-school, I would get up before anyone else in my house, and watch it? Man, I still love seeing Butterfree evolve to fight off that swarm of Beedril. *Sigh* Good times.

Even more so, I still love Sailor Moon. :x I know, I know. It's pretty damn bad, but I remember watching it all the time when I was really young. I was the biggest little fan. In fact, I still enjoy watching the subs. Dub's atrocious, though.

Grade school?! Sheesh, you kids make me feel old :(. Also Pokemon isn't very old ... Now, Voltron or Starblazers or Speed Racer ... That's old school anime :). And heck, don't forget Astro Boy ... That's like--oldest-school XD.
