happening to me too. no image, just the wwords image.

i actually think it may be a part of the hbgames server thing- i pressed view image, and after like 10-15 seconds of loading it just gave me that page where it ads stuff as an empty domain.

so er, anybody else getting things? (Wyatt did you forget to pay the bills or something?)

This is XP. Im trying to create a 16 bits feel with it. My idea is that the aesthetics are rare and unique. Im modifing a lot of things and creating a small part of they...

I have been editing the weather script:

And also some aspects of the menu. I have to adapt that 2k system better. It also shows my starting ideas when designing the faces.

I been doing something similar, not in this style .. not at all.. but just.. making it look 16 bit, so things are not such a high looking resolution, it's just easier to do pixel work in 16 bit low resolution than it is to do high res 32 bit looking pixel art work.

As darkness fogs go, that is beautiful. (See, horror game makers? You don't need to obscure vision of the character to make the scene dark/night/cave)

Here are some screen shots of a menu for a project I have given up on. Some of the images I used in the menu are placeholders... if you couldn't tell.

when you say placeholder you mean the pirate dude too, right?

...right?

Yeah, he was just an illustration I made whilst bored. Didn't really fit into my game. Why, don't you like him? ;)

I see you are working with jQuery, nice ;)

But you should really put your css, javascript and jQuery in external files and call them up with code like this:

<script type="text/javascript" src="js/example.js"></script>

It will a) make it harder for people to "steal" your scripts and work and b) it's WAY more organised.

Aaaaanyway, look's epic, i want it now!
