I'm officially starting caloric deficit tomorrow. Now all I have to do is establish some kind of regular exercise regimen and I'll be well on my way to betterment.

Any suggestions, Sauk? I'd planned on the usual crunches, push-ups, etc. but I'm not an expert. I could be missing something. I don't have access to weightlifting equipment at the moment, so that's out for now

Although body weight exercises strengthen your muscles, that progress only lasts for a certain amount of time. With no progressive overload, higher repetitions of weight (especially body weight) end up doing absolutely nothing for you. Do your push-ups, do your crunches, do all of your body weight exercises, however, try your best to find a way into the gym.

Some good body weight exercises:
Dips
Chin ups
Pull ups
Sit ups
Lunges
Muscle ups
Wall squats
Wall sits
Crunches
Push ups
Kick outs


Most of which can be done at your home, all of which can be done at a playground.

Since I'm not used to a regular exercise regimen, my BG is dropping. I'm informed after my body adapts to the level of activity it will keep up more. Or at least make me feel less shitty when it does drop a little.,

I still need to lose more though, and it doesn't help that I'm going to a chinese buffet (All you can eat!) after work tonight... and I won't be able to stop myself D:

And actually it's more like 10 days or something since for a few days I was like fuck the diet and ate like a pig... and on the 12th it was my brothers birthday so I ate so much cake... and had a lot of KFC, and tonight (The buffet) is for my mams birthday, and then on Tuesday it's my OTHER brothers birthday... dear lord I'm gonna' put that weight back on and more!

This cut is killing me though, constant head aches and dizziness; I don't know how much longer I can tolerate it.
 
yesterday my summer FELT like it began, and thusly spent all day literally on my ass. Luckily ate like twice the entire day, one of which was ramen + rice, so it's not like calorie intake is ridiculous. (although I ate like 5 mangoes.)

That said, I've been slacking p hard the last week, although I haven't been eating massively as much either. Pretty sure I'll be exercising and won't be sitting down all day today. It's justification and rationalization that makes me feel better.

Tomorrow is chest day, and I am looking so forward to it too.

I've been slacking hard these past couple of weeks. My diet has been iffy and I've barely drank any water, so this next week is the week that exonerates my actions. No more slacking, no more shit diet (it hasn't been terrible, however, it hasn't been spot on), and no more excuses. I've been contemplating getting my legs broken to grow to 5' 11", most often or not me entertaining the idea is just a joke, however, lately it hasn't been (damn you bodybuilding.com for making me feel like anything under 5' 11" is short).

Also Ven I'm not really sure what to tell you, I don't know how I manage it either, I mean, right now I'm sat with a big bag of m&m's (The chocolate ones, fuck peanut!) and had 3 cans of sprite... I decided that I can lose weight without having to give up my normal eating habits, I just replace a few things with high fibre foods and it makes me poop more... lol.

I weighed myself today too after eating... *drum roll* 11 plates of chinese food, followed by 3 helpings of chocolate fudge cake, and about 2 litres of coke (Not bad considering it cost £8 ($12) for the lot!) and I only put one pound on with it all! but then I went to the toilet about 4 hours ago, and afterwards, that pound has gone again, PLUS an extra half a pound! So I've now lost a total of 5 lbs since I started, despite telling my diet to fuck off and eating like a pig, lol.

I'm the tallest in my family (which is sad) by like 3"-4", however, it's too short.

christ, that's some fuck of a metabolism. don't expect it to last forever, so i guess enjoy it while it lasts lol :)
mine started to slow down at 20. it was a sad day when i realized my metabo had decided i was old :(

how does that even work, i've heard that mending broken bones often fuse in a way that decreases the length of the bone

They cut your tibia and fibula, then stretch it slowly so new bone grows back in but doesn't fuse together until the desired amount of length is obtained.

I would no longer be a manlet though and will still be at a good height for bodybuilding, so the ends justify the means and all will be perfect in my life (after my stretch marks are removed and my skin is bronze year round, and my eyebrows are waxed and my chest+upper legs+ass+any other unhygienic place is laser hair removal'd).
