I'm officially starting caloric deficit tomorrow. Now all I have to do is establish some kind of regular exercise regimen and I'll be well on my way to betterment.
Any suggestions, Sauk? I'd planned on the usual crunches, push-ups, etc. but I'm not an expert. I could be missing something. I don't have access to weightlifting equipment at the moment, so that's out for now
