Before doing anything drastic such as lowering your calories and hopping on some intense 5x5/hypertrophy routine, fix your fuggin diet men. Cut out ALL junk food, start eating nutrient dense foods, and start drinking as much water as you possibly can during the day (your goal should be about 1 US gallon).
After you get your diet in check, just get in the habit of eating. If you're not preparing and eating the meals, you won't lose the weight. After all that shizzit, it's time to figure out your caloric intake for maintenance, and cut out about 600 calories from your diet, and go on a strength training program (the one I recommend is
SS 5x5). I read an article that said humans weren't designed for extensive cardio, and that the only type of exercise we should do for fat loss is anaerobic exercise (the only type of aerobic exercise that benefits us is walking). You can take that with a grain of salt, however, most bodybuilders don't do cardio and still get lean (and unless you're planning on becoming an athlete, then imo intense cardio is a waste of both time and muscle mass).
