I'll find a way to speed my metabolism back up again, I don't like this whole weight gain thing, it's horrible! One of my favourite tshirts (Asking Alexandria band shirt) is now really tight on me! (It's a skin tight fit anyway, supposed to be, but it's VERY tight now!)

Pigged out like FUCK for the last couple of weeks, seriously, ingested like 5000+ calories almost every day... now I weigh 11st 9lbs... (163lbs), which to be quite honest, isn't TOO bad, only 2lbs since my last post here which was a month ago

My birthday is in 10 days, and in those 10 days I'm going to drop down below 160lbs, y'know how? I won't eat anything except one main meal a day, and switch out what I WOULD eat with water (Well... some low calorie drink, lol) and chewing gum, since I can chew the same piece for over an hour without getting hungry or whatever...
 
I am doing shittons of pullups and dips, as well as walking a fair distance every day. (Well, shittons relative to how much I could do months ago >_>)
I'm still 140, but the 140 actually contain muscle now. I feel good.

Starting a full body detox tomorrow, using all natural products from now on, been wayy to drained lately.

also, weighing in at 170lbs now, I hate being this light.
 
So like, since I'm moving back, I won't have a gym anymore to go to.

I'm wondering what I'll be able to do at home. Like take walks and do sit-ups/push-ups? o.o

Hopefully, living with my mother (who eats healthy) will help me lose weight as well.

I'm just tired of being depressed and un-motivated to do anything productive. :|

I'm 5' 8'' or so (maybe 5' 7''), and it's p good where I'm at. I'd like to lose some pounds, but I'm getting good muscle building exercise otherwise. I've stayed 140 for like a year or two so at least now the 140 actually do something :x

That said I need to start pushups again.

I'll post here. I am out of shape as shit and going to the gym regularly now. I should probably start doing cardio too since I want to get rid of this FAT.

Wsup bruh.

Before doing anything drastic such as lowering your calories and hopping on some intense 5x5/hypertrophy routine, fix your fuggin diet men. Cut out ALL junk food, start eating nutrient dense foods, and start drinking as much water as you possibly can during the day (your goal should be about 1 US gallon).

After you get your diet in check, just get in the habit of eating. If you're not preparing and eating the meals, you won't lose the weight. After all that shizzit, it's time to figure out your caloric intake for maintenance, and cut out about 600 calories from your diet, and go on a strength training program (the one I recommend is SS 5x5). I read an article that said humans weren't designed for extensive cardio, and that the only type of exercise we should do for fat loss is anaerobic exercise (the only type of aerobic exercise that benefits us is walking). You can take that with a grain of salt, however, most bodybuilders don't do cardio and still get lean (and unless you're planning on becoming an athlete, then imo intense cardio is a waste of both time and muscle mass).

Also, I only did my right leg because I injured my left knee doing deadlifts. Tested a decline out in the vid and it hurt too much, so I improvised.
