I got offered a six figure job today in Tampa. Don't know what to do. School can wait if the job works, right?

Take it. To put things in contrast, I've studied around 8 years of my life, and I still need to get into a residency program and then do at least 3 years of residency before I can actually get a 6 figures salary. Of course, I do love my job, so all the studying and waiting is more than worth while when you love what you do.

In other news, I stopped drinking after a 1 week binge. I'm starting to feel better.

This poor sense of spatial awareness of mine is killing me. I just want to know if I can reliably fit my bed and desk in my apartment bedroom and I cannot for the life of me remember how big that room is -- or any other room, for that matter. It doesn't help that the company in charge of the complex doesn't upload pictures of anything but the kitchen.

Oh my GOD I am tired.

They gave me a full time job. Only my sister is a department manager so I figured I would wait for her to finish and work a few extra hours yesterday. Didn't quite realise how much over she has to generally do. I started work at 9am and left at about 11pm.

Absolutely shattered today.

But it seems to be going well? Ish?

And I'm getting paid quite a bit more than before. Still not brilliant, but better.

What the fuck man, are you trying to pull me down because of my workplace? Like my job isn't as hard as yours? It's not just a petrol station, it's a supermarket with both a petrol station and mechanic garage in the same lot, and I work in the supermarket and petrol station areas since they're joined on to each other, and it's not like I just stand there all day, it DOES involve walking around and going back and forth from one place to another, if I wore a pedometer I'd probably be averaging the same distance as your sister...

The last rotation I did I was clocking in at 6:30 and leaving between 6 and 10 at night, six days per week.

My dick is so much bigger. 24 hour shifts after working 12 hours. Not to mention the random 72 hour shifts because fuck my life.

Anyone got suggestions for a game to play on vacation?

Sorry, I got you and mega mixed up, but regardless, I think you missed the point. I'm not belittling anybody, I'm just saying that running around a store is a lot of work. It's not a competition, and Juan does more than anybody anyway, but yes that many hours of walking is a lot of work. I got you and mega mixed up, (sorry), but the way you've described your job was not like you now are, you were on about late shifts sitting there with your laptop!

But yeah we all do a lot of work, I know.
