I'm currently under depression and pretty much keeping myself busy stops it from affecting me. The moment I'm standing still and doing nothing (being on public transport, waiting for a big code compile) it all gets to me in one go.

What keeps me going is the thought that it will get better in time - not sure if it actually will get better, but at least I'm surviving in-case it does.
