Oh yea, if you want to manage your thighs, just walk up and down your steps 30 times (up and down is one), 3 times a day.

Stronger thighs with less fat. Worked for me.

I can't do anything with impact because I have bad tendons/knees. The exercise bikes is the best I can do :/

A few years ago, my brother (who is usually an asshole) offered to make me some Kool-Aid while I was playing a game (can't remember what game, but all I remember is that I was really into it).  It sounded good at the time, so I said yeah, and he went into the kitchen.  A few minutes later, he walks back up to me, hands me a glass full of blue Kool-Aid, and walks off.  I barely glance at it before lifting it up to my lips and taking a sip.  I almost vomited because the bastard put liquid soap in the glass, not Kool-Aid. 

My sister pulled the same thing a few years later, except replacing coke with soy sauce (again, while I was playing a video game).

Besides, I'm not so accident prone anymore, but that kid I immobilized (basically, not spinal destruction) is gonna be outta school for the next year or so. He's in a MIC (Medically Induced Coma) because of the amount of damage that was done to him.

Basically, I broke two of his ribs near the spine, his left arm, and I crushed the center of his chest.

Was this is school? You were expelled, right? Or was this outside in public? Either way, if he presses charges (which he will) you're gonna be in a heap of trouble, partner.

For the first part, an MIC is a medically induced coma, which doctors put people in if they are hurt to badly. I could only say damage because it was the only way I could think to put it.

It was in school, but the teachers were on the other side of field, and a few kids saw the whole thing (the other kid started it), so I was out of trouble. He literally can't press charges because it was his fault to begin with, I just ended the whole thing painfully for him.

Well, that and the fact that we have a video of him chucking the lacrosse stick at me and charging me, then the whole fight, if you can call it that.


So, I'm in no trouble.

But I'm just letting you know, most courts award damages based on the level of assault, not who started the assault and who ended it. It'd be different if it was a mugger with a knife. It's quite another when it's a kid at school with a lacrosse stick.

By the way, I don't know of any school in THIS country atleast that wouldn't expel you for injuring a student that much, it doesn't matter who started it. Maybe you live outside America where things are more lenient or something, idk. I mean my friend in highschool was suspended for 3 weeks for having a plastic butter knife in his backpack, so, yeah, gonna go out on a limb here and call your bluff.
