The first time I feel in love was today...

assuming it's a typo for "Fell"

imo you can't really pinpoint a day when you fall in love with someone its a gradual process. maybe you can pinpoint the day when you realize that you love someone thoghh

Dammit! I knew you'd get me on that Des. :[ either ways well today was the day I realized that I loved someone and that they loved me too!

@ Meik: Hahaha I wish that were the case. She'd been hinting that she did for a while and I  just kept denying that I was in it. Till yesterday when I just told her straight up and she said it back. And wow someone's trying to get into my pants. ;] lol but what do you mean I should put out? Give her the sex?

no I was telling her that you're a nice young man and she should. I got your back, buddy. ;D

that's actually really cute. good luck you two!

Oh I get you now. In case she checks the forum ;) but I don't even want her for sex. I just want to be with her y'know? Either ways thanks! Much appreciated. :thumb: got yours too!

But back on topic because it has to be of 'first times'.

the first time I ditched school. They called my house and I blamed it on my brother. He still holds it over my head to this day. Hahah he get in so much trouble. It was horrible. But I didn't! HAH!

Awesome Bro

Strange topic turn. Indeed.

The first time I've ever been to a live show or sporting event was when I went to Smackdown in 2002. Billy and Chuck's wedding, I think. I also remember the huge pops that 'Taker got when he came out on his bike.

The first time I saw a dead body loose in the streets was kind of weird.
The first time I saw the Pope at a couple of inches from me was also kinda weird. Everyone looks uglier from near I guess.
The first time I had sex was pretty weird. We were both virgins, so plenty of awkward was had. Funny when you look back on it. I put on the condom like a pro, and she wouldn't believe that I'd never done it before; she figured I ought to have at least practiced. What's up with that? Is that what they teach girls?

Does it count if the dead person you saw was at a open casket funeral? or is it true that they replace them with dummies so the guys in back can have their ways with them?

I was in Angers, a castle-town-fortress-thing in France, and some woman had decided that enough was enough. So I guess she jumped? Maybe she was pushed. I wasn't there to see the act, I only witnessed what happens when you jump from a tower. Which was kind of weird. Not really gross. Just weird. Her back was hella bruised, and nobody was sure if she was actually dead. So we went and got a receptionist, and she wouldn't believe us :O

Good times. Not really.

A receptionist? If I'm correct aren't those like people at schools? secrataries and such?

And thats kinda odd. The first time I had seen a dead person was when I was in 5th grade. I would walk to school because it was on down the street from my house. But I'd have to pass the house with the creepy one eye'd cat, the library and then the bank. So I made it past all of these obstacles and there is this long ass stretch of road that leads straight to my old Elementary school. Anyways so  I was just walking along, my shorts were incredibly high because I was a dorky ass kid. And there was this guy, just laying there face down. At first I thought he was asleep so I kept poking him in the back. When he didn't move I didn't know what to think because I still thought he was asleep so I started poking him harder. Then some jogger guy in really small shorts comes running up to me and he's like, "Hey whats this?" and I'm like, "I dunno I think he's asleep." so he's like, "Hey buddy you dead?" no response. So he runs to the police station which is right across from the bank parking lot on that long stretch of road and they come and make a big scene out of everything and they're questioning me with things like, "Do you know this man? Did you kill him?" and all sorts of other things, I was just like, "No I was on my way to school." Of course I started crying because I was a little bitch back then. No offense to the bitches. And yeah "they're like just go to school." So I went. Then when I was walking home they were FINALLY taking the guy away in an ambulance. But he they left behind some little sherifs badge with his name on it. I don't know what happened to it because I know I took it because I thought it was a ninja star [[I had an unhealthy obsession with ninja's]] and yeah that was the first time I had seen a dead body. I do gotta wonder what happened to him and how someone can get killed not even 40ft away from a police station, a bank, and a library and no one notice it...

gotta love it.

Coulda been that he just fell down dead. Happens all the time. Heart attacks, aneurysms, strokes--hell, sometimes, people just die and there's no discernible reason as to why (no outside influences or blockages or heart disease -- their hearts just stop). Pretty creepy.

I knew a really cool old woman who died, when I was a kid. My friend and I used to go over to her house all the time to help her with chores or whatever, and she'd give us freshly picked blackberries from her garden. I've never had better-tasting blackberries in my life. Anyway my friend went over there without me to help her out with something and found her dead in the kitchen. When I arrived, the police were there. I never saw her, but I was questioned. Basically they just wanted to know if who she was and if I knew of any relatives. I guess her heart gave out :/

That was my first ever (and last-ever) "homicide questioning", haha

The first time I was suspected (wrongly) of cheating on something was my senior year. We went to the state engineering competition and they thought that our industry mentors built my team's CNC laser engraver (they didn't say as much, but it was obvious from the questions they asked and the fact that the questions were directed at the mentors, rather than us. We took second place. The team that took first hooked a conveyer belt and some pneumatics to an electric pencil sharpener, to make it automatic (it sharpened three pencils a minute.)

I lost to a ********* pencil sharpener. Even after 3 years that still makes me angry.

I'm glad none of that made sense to me. But I will say that damn you're a smart person if you can make a CNC laser engraver and even smarter for losing to a pencil sharpner! Lol just teasing you but that sucks. I remember I lost and art comp by default because I didn't put the words, "Champions of the future" or something lame like that at the top of my drawing. They were like, "You would've taken first place hands down because your art was a hell of a lot better than the rest of these its just that since you didn't but our lame ass words at the top because the shitty ass rules never said so you get second. So get outta here!" well it wasn't exactly those words but it was like that. And because of that I didn't get a scholarship to that fucking college. I seriously got robbed there. Grrr.

And I hope that doesn't happen to me V! I have a bad heart as is. It'd suck if I just keeled over out of nowhere. Or maybe it'd be kinda cool. Hahaha then I could be like Edgar allen poe and yell, "GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH!" *dies* I don't remember what he screamed but it was something hilarious.  But now I'm kinda scared!

I've got one!  My first time getting hit by a car while walking (fortunately, my only time)!  For anyone that's familiar with Columbus, OH, you'll probably know what I'm talking about.  Otherwise...

Broad street in Columbus is a relatively long road.  It pretty much goes from one end of Columbus to the other and then some.  That said, I was living in Whitehall, on the Eastern edge of Columbus, at the time.  I was pretty much walking and taking the bus to and from school/work for a couple of years while I lived there because I didn't have a car.  That said, the bus routes in Columbus really aren't all that great.  The recommended route to get from where I lived all the way to my college was to take a bus ALL the way downtown, then another one down to the college.

Yeah...this took about 2 hours to reach a college that should've taken about 30 minutes.  In any case, you might be wondering about the map.  Well, my friends and I devised a way to slash the travel time.  If you got off at Broad and Nelson, then walked up Nelson a ways, you'd come across the other bus if you timed it right.  Problem is even if you "timed it right," it would often still be an hour instead of 2 hours.  Better, but yeah.  Anyway, at this point I believe Broad is split into either a 4 or 5 laner.

Well, the other problem here is that if you were going to cross Broad, you had to be QUICK because you had to hit the button, wait, then you'd get maybe 15 seconds to cross that many lanes!  I hit the button, wait, it turns green, I look both ways, take 2 steps, SEE THE CAR AT THE LAST SECOND THAT RAN THE RED LIGHT, PUT UP MY KNEE AND PALMS, AND HAD MY HANDS SKID ACROSS THE SIDE WINDOWS AND MY KNEE COMPLETELY TAKE OUT HER SIDE MIRROR.  YEAH.  I fell to the ground.

A couple of seconds later, I got up, but I didn't know my condition and I was in a state of shock, thinking that maybe somehow the light was red after all and oh my God just GET ACROSS THE DAMN ROAD.  I raced across the road, then the car STARTED TO PULL AWAY.  I tried to chase it via sidewalk until eventually she pulled over into a parking area on the other side of the road.  I had to cross the road again, NO TRAFFIC LIGHT, so I could get her insurance information, etc.  Fortunately, we had a witness and I was feeling okay, except for my knee, which was a little banged up.

Here's the best part of the situation...the following conversation...

Her:  "I just, I...I mean, if you were any further out in the road..."
Me:  "I know."
Her:  "I'm just so glad you're okay."
Me:  "We don't know that...my knee still hurts."
Her:  "Well, yeah, but you could've been a lot worse!"
Me:  "...Right, I know."
Her:  "But, I just...I...I mean, who's going to take care of my side mirror?"
Me:  "...Erm...I don't know."

I managed to contain myself and talked with the witness until the police arrived.  Yeah, she received a nice ticket and later I went to the hospital to fortunately find out it was only a bruised knee, no real injury.  Fun stuff.
