I am hoping to get my hands on the first three Crash Bandicoots for the original playstation (PS1). It brings back memories from my childhood.
...
I am finishing Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon for the DS. Not the best Fire Emblem, but the online function is a blast.

A friend and I got really high and thought the same thing. So we torrented them, and after about 10 minutes in each we realized that we were eight years old when it came out and the games are no longer awesome.

As of right now I'm playing BioShock 2 at a steady pace - I don't want to rush because I know once I beat it, then that's it. After that I'm going to play through ME2 a second and third time while waiting for Final Fantasy XIII.

Still Playing STar Ocean 4 (and I still think the battle system isn't nearly as good as SO3's). But its lots of fun none the less.

They should give you a Kill Lymle(kay?)/Faize(Fag) option in this game..

Its a fun game, I'm 13 hours in, doing some weird icy temple thing now.

I just got started playing etrian odyssey, both 1 and 2. Shit, these things are epic. Small little quirks would bother you, but they are so damn addictive.

three days of play, and only on dungeon 2 of 30... damn/

Hey, they are still pretty awesome. Games were much different back in the 90's than practically all the games made today.
I still have to find some old Tomb Raiders as well; now those were great fun!

I just tested the multi-player in White Knight. I had tried a mission solo and got my butt kicked in a boss battle with two trolls.
So this mission requires you to run to certain places on the map and pick up 2 items (takes like 15mins if you ignore the monsters) then bring them back to the npc to start the boss fight. Apparently only 1 person can talk to the npc at a time, so while your timer is counting down you have to wait unless you already know where the items are. For this mission one player must give the npc both items. You can't have one player give one item and the other player gives the second. We had split up and got the items separately. It might have been possible to give the items to a player to give to the npc. But by the time I figured that out we had already given one item to the npc and had to go alllll the way back to get the second item. My party members logged out on me and so I had to start the mission a third time.
If there aren't any players doing that mission you have to wait on this map until others join. They could at least spawn monsters for you to fight while you wait.

I don't have a keyboard so if I want to talk to the other players I have to type it out with my controller. You can use a headset to chat. There was one guy who was talking with a headset but I couldn't understand what he was saying half the time. It was all fuzzy and was basically muttering to himself or coughing into the mic. :eek:uch:

It wasn't a fun experience.

Finally got Bioshock 2, and I made a video of myself fighting my first (though not first ever, I played/beat the first Bioshock) Big Daddy. I edited the video short so as to not cause any possible spoilers.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7M2R7890aU

I ffucked up at the beginning and blew myself up cause I'm still getting used to playing this on PC, I'm so used to the controller for this game. I also kept using the wrong ammo against him.. I was using the heavy rivets when I wanted to be using trap rivets, and vice versa. I'm not sure I really like the whole dual wielding thing, cause the only way to swap to a plasmid is to go through all of them, unlike with a weapon where you just hit the number keys. Otherwise, I'm enjoying this a whole lot.

Overall, this Big Daddy was amazingly easy. I would have beaten him quicker if I wasn't fighting the controls half the time. The Rosie (which I forgot to record) was a LOT harder, as they were in the original Bioshock, because they have mines and use a gun. I died multiple times against the Rosie, but it didn't help that splicers kept friggin respawning too.

O_O so many trap rivets. I just pretty much zapped him in the water and used the drill. :(

If you've got it on pc, do you play it online? If so add me on you GFWL account, my account is Atlas006.

I don't actually own the game.. so I can't really play online. I have 0 interest in playing it online. I'm playing the game for the story and single player.. that's what Bioshock is supposed to be. When I said I finally "got" Bioshock 2, I meant I finally got it to work. The cracks were bugged to shit.

I played the demo of the original Bioshock and thought it was neat. I'll probably rent both of them eventually. I've been making a goal to play through the plethora of untouched game titles I own in my PS3 library. I've pretty much finished Fallout 3 (with the exceptions of the add-on content) and have been playing a shit load of Prince of Persia. It's been fun so far, I like the prince, but he comes off as a douche sometimes lol. I also played the demo for Heavy Rain and I'm probably going to buy that right when it comes out. Good stuff.

omfg. Heavy Rain is going to be so awesome. That demo was wayyyyyyyyy too damn short. Just in that short fight scene alone, you never can miss your button press that you need, because they did a damn good job of making sure the button appears where you'd most likely already be looking.

So I think I'm getting close to beating Bioshock 2. And.. omfg.

I've been harvesting all the little sisters (playing on hard difficulty) to try to even the odds a bit, and I just rescued my daughter and so she harvested the little sister that saved her. That was so friggin awesome. I had no idea my daughter would end up like me. I don't see how saving or killing the other people ties in yet, unless those also prompt this result as well. I just think it was awesome how she said "What I'm about to do is perfectly natural.." then harvested that bitch.

Traded my cousin Borderlands for Dragon Age on Xbox 360. I played it for PC, however I hate playing PC games because my computer is in the living room and it's uncomfortable as balls.

The way DA works on 360 pales in comparison to the PC. Not being able to zoom out and give orders blows. But I enjoy it more in my dimly lit room with surround sound. Playing a human primal Mage.

Completed Bioshock 2 and playing the MP a bit and it's lovely on the PC :] Just bought AVP and really enjoying that, too.

Otherwise I'm a WoW-slave of 5 years and I just picked up Ragnarok DS which makes me feel all nostalgic x]

Awesome Bro

Gotta' hate that WoW, I know how you feel pal, 5 years here too... and still ticking away at it! infact, my month just renewed yesterday, lol...

... We're terrible people!

Aaaanyways, I'm downloading the Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing demo, gonna' see what it's like since from what I've seen on videos etc. it looks pretty cool, and I quite enjoyed the Sega Tennis too, lol.

Afterwards, I'll download the Yakuza 3 demo, looking good methinks.

Tell me about it! I study Video Games Design at University so everyone knows what WoW is, if I'm having a chat with someone and they ask what games I play I normally end with "...and I've played WoW for about 5 years" people give me the dirtiest looks :[

My blockbuster finally had White Knight, so I got that for the weekend.

omg, online is so fun. So far I've only played with one of my buddies and he's sword/shield while I'm caster (healing and damage). Only level 20 at the moment so I'm not too far into the story. Just got done with a desert area.
