no that was homecoming. origins was on the ps2 and psp, and it was made by the same team that did homecoming and the just released shattered memories.

just beat origins, and it is the first time i ever played a game from start to finish in one day. Then again, it was only 5 hours and 15 minutes long.

Silent Hill: Shattered Origins supposedly got a really good review on a lot of game sites like IGN; I purchased it and played 30 mins into it and liked the interface. Heard it was short tho.

Borderlands, 2nd play through. Only just got to Sledge. All the enemies are lvl 50ish now. Just hope they go higher, a lvl 50 guardian is gonna be piss easy by the time I get to them. Borderlands is inspiring though, ive started making a menu system for RXP to try and simulate Borderlands.

also yeah, i shat myself when i got my first laser weapon, and then tested it out in a highly volatile area surrounded by guardians, and ... yeah that sucked, esp since the beam hit right in front of me and killed my shield completely.

well, by 50ish i mean I met a shotgun midget in the old mine area who was lvl 50, highest ive seen so far so the cap may well be 50. Luckily I had a pistol at my side that split his head in two -shudders- I love those close up kills. I'm lvl 48 now and the weapons I'm finding make me wanna weep tears of joy sometimes, they're just so destructively beautiful. I chose Mordecai so any sniper rifles i find I try to use at least once. One shot, One Kill. Best motto to live by in that game.

Yeah, it's sad how the level cap is only level 50, especially since the game has so much more potential, I mean, they should totally bring out new DLC that increases the level cap by 10 levels at a time, while offering new areas and items (Although items shouldn't really be an issue with the game haha), and missions etc, it'd keep the game going, and I'd happily pay, it'd be like an expansion pack.

I just recently started Borderlands myself. It didn't appeal to me the first two times I played it, but for some reason when I went to play it the third time, something just clicked. Reminds me of a FPS version of Freelancer.

Lol, I didn't really like VIII, it's one of my three worst Final Fantasy games, the worst being VII since it was an overhyped piece of shit, lol... and for VIII, it could have been good, but I didn't like the whole concept behind it, the story tried to be too epic for the setting, it didn't work...

ffviii sucked nard imo. the characters were poorly developed. the main character is almost as emo and twice as frustrating as cloud. there is a "love story" apparently but most of it is just the female lead being a wonderful stereotypical japanese fantasy while the male lead looks on apathetically. the main villain--shit i dont even remember her name but she is totally forgettable obviously. there were some cool concepts in the way you level up and the sidequests and shit but it breaks the sense of progression because you don't feel compelled to level up. it's pretty, esp for a playstation 1 game, and the music is servicable, but that's not enough to carry it imo

also check out QUINTET if you still dont like enix; those were probably the best games on the snes, and some TRIACE ones tooooo
