What games are you currently playing?

Now playing Pikmin 3. I'm up to the first major boss, and it's been fun so far. And this boss seems to be learning a bit as I'm fighting it. Clever girl.

Yup, still playing Skyrim, just come off actually, lol, let's see...

So I've levelled up to, I think I'm 16 now, stuck with dual wielding since I've come to the conclusion that it's fucking brilliant, +35% attack speed, +40% damage, increased crit chance with swords, and being able to decapitate people with a pretty cool animation (Reminded me of how Anakin kills Dooku on Episode III, lol) is really fun. Fuck defence, I mean sure, I'm in full elven at the mo, originally was going heavy armour, but I found a full set of elven in a dungeon, took it, and improved it to superior, it's not the best armour, but most enemies don't last long enough to cause any serious damage to me, since my "tactic" is to sprint up to them and use a power attack, usually one hit kill on normal enemies like bandits and shitty archers, but otherwise I'll do the same thing, then dance around using fast normal slashes, then finish them off with a power attack, yep.

I've also gained quite a bit of money now, originally I was struggling to reach 5000 gold to buy Breezehome, but now I've got over 40k gold as well as TONS of items that tell for 1k+, I found a staff that sells for over 8k, but haven't bothered to sell it yet, I've also got way too many gems that equal up over my 40k... I've just got them all thrown in a chest until I figure out what I want to do, and for now the money I have is more than enough.

I'm further into the story now and really enjoying it to be honest, and I've killed about five or six dragons, it's pretty cool how they can just appear as you're minding your own business, one of them even came as I was doing a quest, helping the Legion storm a Stormcloak outpost, some big ass dragon just flew above as I was running into it, and it was one of those "Sheeeeeeit" moments, but it was actually helpful, since as it was trying to hit me, it also hit a lot of the enemies too, and my archers were shooting at it, so it went down pretty easy, especially once it landed and I got a few power attacks in, t'was fun.

I enjoyed Skyrim very much, although I stopped playing a couple of months ago because i got stuck on a floating island a dragon took me to and I couldn't go back to level up or buy more potions for the way too strong enemies and I did too much to still be able to load a previous save without losing a ton of progress..

One day I will however.

Right now I'm playing: how to waste all of your time you should spend studying for a re-exam you need to pass because otherwise you have to study for it again in a couple of months but to make it challenging the course is really boring.
I'm really good at it but the storyline sucks.

Also I just finished Assassin's creed 3 a couple of weeks ago. I picked it up when it came out, and played about halfway through. Then I just couldn't play any further because it was so buggy. (or at least appeared to be so). So a couple of weeks I picked it up again and finished it; enjoyed it even more than the first time. Really looking forward to AC4 now.

I've not been playing many games lately... mostly working on my Flash game, but I have started to play some Archeblade again, so much fun! I've put a few minutes into the free version of Spelunky too, until it annoys me with its cheap deaths.

Then there is is Bump, a turn-base platformer. Its simple, but hard and procedural generated...

I'm going to buy a new ps3 game tomorrow. I'll have the TV all to myself this week, so it's the perfect time to play something new. I'm thinking Dragon's Crown or that new Tales of game.

Ok, I got Tales of Xillia. I'm happy with it so far. Love how all the tales games have unique fantasy world mechanics. You start off in a city of perpetual night. The buildings are actually grown from trees. And Jude is this kind of medical student treating patients who have strained their "mana lobe". It's like, picture an Elvish city from lord of the rings, but with more modern architecture and society with a hospital and university.

I'm definitely getting into the story. But I'm having a hard time appreciating the characters. They're kinda monotone. I'll hold off judgment until the story picks up a little more.

I'm playing Final Fantasy XIV right now since y'know, it's great lol, I got the collector's edition so I've been looking through the art book too, it's pretty cool. Aside from this I've been playing Saint's Row IV on PS3 too, it's better than I thought, yet still shitty at the same time, maybe because the humour has run its course... but the gameplay is still fun, it reminds me of Crackdown or Prototype, y'know, that sort of freedom and stuff, lol.

Have you not read one of my previous posts, Jay?

Star works, he has to buy the game.

He wants us BOTH to play TOGETHER just like we did for FFXI.

We have ONE PS3, and no computer that can run it.

Thus, we ain't buying it.

I'm playing on PC at the mo, but I played the PS3 version in the beta, and I also use my 360 controller on PC when I can't be arsed lol... it's actually pretty easy to use, the controls are pretty solid in my opinion, although my brother begs to differ...
