It was the NTSC version. I'm sure of that lol cause I thought about getting it :x and really? on play asia it seems the japanese games are the most expensive. and PAL varies while ntsc is...well ntsc.

The only game I've played that I've never beaten, counting various consoles, pc games, MMOs, and rented games, is Jade Caccoon for the PS2.

Okay I stopped playing tropico 4 and started playing simcity4 again because it was on a steam sale.
Tropico 4 difficulty was weird? Like it was pretty difficult in the beginning of every level. And it was difficult in a restricting way. I wouldn't be able to do anything due to lack of funds but everyone is complaining regardless. Like you almost have to be in the brink of debt just so you could be reelected. But then once you have a steady revenue it becomes way too easy. There's no additional challenge afterwards and no real rewards for building up your village.
But edicts were really a neat idea. Also the idea of factions was something different. I like how the game personalizes the population. It was a very creative game but I think I prefer simcity4. Im going to try endless space. I heard it was fun.

I think the fact that they put challenges in made it even better because surviving on it's own is hard anyway, but then surviving whilst darting around the place, sometimes to where there isn't food, other times to where there are huge animals makes it harder. Then there's the toxic clouds that often infect certain areas, stay in there too long and you'll start dying.

Worth the money I payed! I'd even pay the extra for all the DLC... If I had the money to buy the DLC xD

Endless Space. I like it. At first it was extremely confusing but i think i have the basics down.Whats nice is that my starting galaxy is actually pretty friendly. I decided to use the clockwork people (automations???). The AI are all based on expanding and not war so tensions are really minimal. Made an alliance with the amoebas. Had to deal with a galactic plague. I still dont understand how to raise happiness either but ill figure it out. I think im doing good for my first match. x;
For everyone considering it: Don't buy MinerWars 2081 yet. My fiance and I bought it with the intent to play together, and the multiplayer is bugged to shit right now. They're working on it though and it'll hopefully be fixed soon.
If you only want it for single player, it's pretty cool, though. Needs a little work still but the flying-in-space mechanics are BEAUTIFUL. Reminds me very much of Descent, one of my most favorite games from the early-mid 90's.

Okay. The amoebas decided to wage war on the other group of automatons and they are getting taken over. What sucks is that I had no focus on military prior to the war and i was getting my ass kicked for a while. x;
But now my military is pretty decent. My strongest fleet is at 3000+ so its not too shabby. I learned how to create ships too. Although when i left the game i was being run over by a really strong fleet of space pirates oh dear.
My galaxy is getting crowded. I think i have around 25 galaxies. Happiness is relatively normal. Most of my galaxies have 2+ colonies so im running out of planets with valuable resources. I was hoping to gain some planets with the war but the amoebas are just way too fast. There are a few planets left for taking but these space pirates are really tough. x;
