project m is ok, it makes the game a bit too fast paced (but gay tripping is out and WDing is easier)

brawl is meant to be a bit slower, they are two different games.

i prefer brawl though, melee is also good.

I like Brawl better because Snake is in it, everyone calls me gay for using him because nobody likes him apparently, but he's pretty cool to use...

final fantasy 3 (ds version) for android. which ports surprisingly well. this could start a revolution. or not.
they should just realse a normal 2d nes version of it... i cant stand the ds version :x giving the onion kids names... square enix you are monsters

I discovered my original gameboy is dead. I tried putting batteries in it and gave it to my 20month old niece. She put it to her ear like it was a phone; so cute.

I'm not playing anything at the moment.

Downloading FFIX and Record of Agarest war.

I liked having FF8 on my ps3 so I decided put FF9 on there too since I can only get the disks to play if I line them with tape first. Figured I'd download something new while I was at it.

Agarest war is some kind of tactical rpg/dating sim. It spans 3 generations so you play as the son of the previous generation. The protagonist appearance and abilities depend on which female companion you chose in the previous generation. Sounds cool except they called it the "soul breed system" :picard:

The last game I played was Tales of the Abyss with Star. :X

Sorry Jay-Jay...

I didn't enjoy it, though as doing anything with Star is a bit awkward now. He keeps changing his mind on me, I swear...

i played Resonance ... an indie game made with Adventure Game Studio, sold on Steam for $7.

it is very low-res! actually so much so, it is jarring enough to take a bit to get used to. but it doesn't look bad.
the voice acting is actually kind of surprisingly good, too. it was a liiittle rough in the beginning, but pretty good once the game gets going.
the story was VERY well written. like, surprisingly so. wasn't expecting it to be so good.

the gameplay mechanics are ... a little rough. the adventure system mechanics are pretty interesting though. i know the constraints of AGS, so it's really impressive, considering what they had to work with. but the movements are very slow, and unfortunately, though many of the mechanics are fresh and clever, i found myself forced to consult walkthroughs several times, because the leaps of logic were far too obtuse in relation to the systems. not TOO bad though, still very playable.

anyway, my rating is: buy. it's a very cute little game, and it's not like it's expensive :)

Doing my own take of a class-based Terraria PvP map. You should all come and play whenever we get a PvP night set up. I need help balancing this shit.
