What games are you currently playing?

Realm of the mad god

oh god if i decide to keep playing this game ALL MY TIME is gonna be destroyed.

Fuck i wish i had 1000 dollars to sink into this stuff.

Funny thing about the game, it's all about doing everythign then dying to do everything again and IT FEELS SO GOOD but fuck i need more vault chests and character slots which obviously cause money

otherwise it's very awesome, no money power thing (i can tell) and it's very.... innovative. That's a compliment, for this particualr game.

Lolwut? I finished school when I was 16, and finished college when I was 18, lol...

Also, just starting Dark Souls now, the character customisation is AWFUL compared to Demon's Souls, and I'm not sure what class to play as...
16 school? 18 college? wow in Belgium it's 18 school and "depends" college.

Pick a sorcerer, magic destroys everything in this game.
i think its alot diffrent in brit land. here you finsh high school at 17-18

I TOTALLY agree...

it's missing some dude with a huge lightning zweinhander that suddenly appears after you and backstabs you (god I hate those lagstabbers).

Okay, so still on Dark Souls, and I'm SO confused... this is why I dislike most open world games, I mean, it was easy to decide where to go on Demon's Souls, pick a world stone and off you go (Since it was hub based), but here it's like walk up a hill to one area, or use an elevator to go down to some dark scary area, so I took my chances going up the hill, fought along some bridges and whatever else, and before going through what I think was the boss gate (It was white fog, it's horrible compared to the cool fog effect on Demon's Souls, infact, all the graphics seem to have taken a big hit...) I opened a door with my Master Key, and all that was in the room was a LONG LONG LONG LONG LONG spiral staircase, when I finally get to the bottom, some dude, built like a brick shit house, with huge armour and a huge club thingy that was BIGGER THAN MY CHARACTER comes charging at me... naturally I did what anyone would, ran for my life, and kept looking behind me and he was still chasing me, I ran for AGES and he was still there, until eventually I gave up, got to a hillside with a big drop, which would hopefully kill him if I could kick him off or something, but he hit me once and I died... my plan didn't work too well... now I don't EVER want to go near that door again! D:

1. It's not that hard to follow, just start with the undead burg -> undead parish -> lower undead burg -> depths -> blighttown -> Sen's fortress -> Anor Londe -> and then the game actualy opens up into free roam.

2. That big guy in the burg is Havel, he's REALLY easy to backstab and perfectly doable at the lowest level.

3. the dark scary area is New Londe, I personally didn't like that level at all because the boss was stupid (as you eed to throw everything the game teaches you out of the window and go full out offensive) and those ghosts are irritating because you can't hit 'em. Either wait until you have the Lordvessel to go their unless you want to join the darkwraiths (either way you'll have to finish Darkroot forest first).

4. If I was you i'd upgrade the game, it's easier then (not that it matters as dark Souls is already 100000x easier then Demon's).

Just finished another session of Dark Souls, I've killed the first two bosses... well, if the tutorial boss counts, I've killed him and the Taurus Demon or whatever it's called, and I've shot off the red dragons tail and got that cool sword, which I can't use yet since I haven't been putting STR up, and I'm now at a campfire where I can hear a hammer and anvil, maybe I should go check it out... or not. I'll carry on tomorrow although I'll only manage to get like an hour in since I'm working a night shift in an hour until 6am, then working again from 4pm until 11pm, and I'll be asleep between getting in and like 2-3pm, and I'll be shattered when I get in at 11pm, so no time to game then D:

Yup first black smith, Andrei (or something). But you shouldn't go down their yet (unless your have 20k souls and are jumping to get your hands on the dark wood grain ring.. Which you actually should!)

What I meant with easier is that enemy damage is lowered since the patch, drop rate is higher, drop rate at 10 humanities = 30 before patch, souls you get after kill is higher, armor ratings are higher, poise is higher, scaling weapons are better and the cutting of tails isn't bugged anymore, and you can buy certain upgrade stones at NPC's that aren't in stores pre-patch.

Sure pyromancy damage is down and some cheap tricks are gone but who cares lol. Pyromancy is weak compared to Sorcery or Miracles and should only be used for farming haha.

Playing Dark Souls... again lol.

I updated to 1.05 and within 10 minutes of playing I was invaded by some faggot, but I got into a scrap with him, and backstabbed him off the edge of a cliff, so I guess it's all good really, especially considering it wouldn't have killed him if he hadn't fallen off anyway, since I'm just using a plain ol' spear... haven't had anything exciting happen since then though, except remembering I have the materials to upgrade my spear to +2, and it's sort of made a pretty nice difference, gonna' carry on with the spear, I was using a longsword before but now I prefer this. Not sure where to go now though...

Elder Scrolls, crashes because either one of my graphic cards are dead or need to revert back a driver. WHY Y U NO GRAPHICS UPDATE?

Dark Souls

I've just killed the Capra Demon, it was HARD AS FUCK, I mean first you have to take out the two dogs, but that's so hard when you're in such a small area and the boss is swinging like a mad man and can kill you in 2 hits, or 1 if the dogs stunlock you with their bites LIKE THEY ALWAYS DID!, but after you get them out of the way, he (Assuming it's a he) isn't too hard, although still gives you a bigger beating than you deserve if he catches you with one of his swings, but I found a tactic which was running up the stairs, along the ledge, let him follow you, let him swing like fuck, hoping he doesn't break through your shield, and when he gets so close, he falls off the ledge onto the floor, so you do a two handed falling stab on him, and can get a couple of hits in before he recovers, I tried this TONS of times and he'd always catch me out on the last attempt (I've died like 12 times and lost quite a few souls and around 20 odd humanity... fuck humanity!), but this last time it worked pretty well, he sort of got stuck and just stood there looking at me for a good 10 seconds, giving me time to two hand my Drake Sword and go to town on the bastard... too bad he didn't drop anything but a key though, I'd have loved one of his swords...

Then I went down into the Depths, and met some zombies holding flaming torches, they made me laugh because the 6-hit combo attack they do looks so funny with a torch in their hand, but yeah, killed them, went lower down, and some fat ass butcher charged me and I was like what the fuck is this why am I being punished?! But I found a great tactic, just lure him upstairs and keep walking around a pillar, he follows you around it, but never gets close enough to hit you, so every so often you can give him a few hits and be safe. I thought he was like some special guy or something, but after a little more adventuring (I dropped off to the lower level, skipped the water, dogs scare me!), another guy like that came out of nowhere, so I killed him, opened a door which had a staircase going down into water, and said "y'know what, fuck that..." and made my way back to the closest bonfire... which is the one where you can farm souls off the red dragon, might have to just keep doing that or something, lol.

Just bought the Dragon Age Origins, Ultimate Edition.
I only have a downloaded version of DAO and I've always wanted to buy it properly, plus I never got around to playing any of the expansions so I'm looking forward to trying them all out on my new pc when it arrives :)

Still Dark Souls because even though I'm lost and confused and everything, it's a fun game

I've just learned Pyromancy and bought Combustion, and oh my god this is so epic, get into a close range fight with an enemy, block its attack and BOOM set you on fire bitch! It's pretty fun to do actually, lol.

I'm gonna' go and finally fight the Gargoyles I think, and try to get the axe, even though I'll never use it, I might as well have it for... something, right? I also want to find some new armour, I've been stuck with the beginner Thief stuff for AGES and I want something new, I want those cool robes that make me look like a Nazgul! (Ring Wraiths from Lord of the Rings for you chumps who don't know), but I don't know what they're called or where to get them... I could also do with a new shield, and for now I'm sticking with my Spear (I think it's like +2, I should probably upgrade it more now) and Drake Sword (And my newly found Pyromancy love), so yeah, any help on finding new stuff would be greatly appreciated (Aimed at Aepriz since apparently nobody else plays this game, lol)

Actually I might just upgrade all of my Thief armour to +5 and make it last me longer, I guess I don't mind the appearance of my character as long as my defence is good, and I reckon I should do that instead, it's probably easier too, and I have more than enough souls to get it all to +5, I can just keep farming souls from the red dragon, since I get like 1100 every minute or so (Well, more like minute and half) so it won't take long... and as for my shield, I'm using a Hollow Soldier Shield (I WAS using the Heater Shield, but I found this one yesterday and it's better) so maybe I'll upgrade that too...

dont worry about the axe you fight more gargoyles later and it isnt very good
There is some good armor in the forest after you kill the gargoyles

Jason

Yeah but I might as well go for the axe while fighting the gargoyle bosses lol, since apparently it only takes 2-3 hits on the tail to get it off anyway, and it takes the gargoyle down past half health, I've actually seen a video of someone kill both gargoyles and get the axe in under two minutes, lol
