Just making an action/puzzle boss fight for fun. This is the first stage, where you must navigate through the pathways, avoiding the pawns, and deactivating 4 of those orbs to lower his force field, then go go go as fast as you can to the boss before it reactivates, then slash slash slash. It's pretty fun so far, and fun to make as well.
Yeah, it does look super impressive diegoale, but can't we see just a small tech demo or something, something a little bit playable? Just so we can see it as real rather than conceptual.
Agreed, it's quite easy stirring up hype with pretty pictures, but living up to the hype is a bit different. No matter how good graphics are, there's still the possibility that the game sucks and can be slept through.
I'm more fond of the pre-3D era, with games such as FF6 and Chrono Trigger, so as as that picture looks it's nothing more than a character model. I'd rather see more of your hand drawn maps, and your sprites.
Actually, I'd like to see the video or clip that shot is from.
For all we know he could have downloaded a poser model from the internet, started up his program and hit Ctrl-R. Pretty graphics don't necessarily denote skill in editing, camera-work and timing.
So... Uhh... Just like everyone else said, we want to see a little more :D
He did post stages of his 3-D character modelling earlier in this thread, so I believe it to a certain extent. What I don't believe as of yet is the actual execution of the scene itself, I'd like to see more before I pounce and congratulate.
