I like the way the grass ends at the ramp, but it tiles poorly around the water, and your cliffs are hideous. (Check out some tutorials, and bacon's last mapping contest for examples!)
The indoor fog is too much, tone it down, or try setting it to Sub for a neat lighting trick. Also, the room is pretty oddly shaped (personally, I don't like the bits missing in the lower-right). The edits to the tileset are nice, though.
