I like the way the grass ends at the ramp, but it tiles poorly around the water, and your cliffs are hideous. (Check out some tutorials, and bacon's last mapping contest for examples!)

The indoor fog is too much, tone it down, or try setting it to Sub for a neat lighting trick. Also, the room is pretty oddly shaped (personally, I don't like the bits missing in the lower-right). The edits to the tileset are nice, though.

I'm really digging the clean HUD now. Quick question though, can you explain the water situation real quick? I noticed that the water is just about on the same level as most of the ground is. Are the water channels in a controlled environment, or would they be subject to typical water antics? (waves, tides, etc.) Nothing wrong with the mapping, I'm just thinking in terms of realism, because if the water level raised up even an inch, the place would be flooded.
 
Hey, good catch! I think the wall tiles are meant one tile lower, but I personally like the look of it. Let's just say it's a controlled set of channels with pipes and drains to alter the level, in case a storm ever breaks out.
 
A little screenie of mine. This map is supposed to be for a title screen in autumn season, but I am wondering if I am catching the colors right. Also, I feel the map itself is a bit dull...

Don't mind the animals and birds; they are just there for filling it! xD

The only thing that's really dull about it is the pattern those RTP trees create by being all the same. But you can hardly help that since you're not using custom. I'd say it's good for what it's gonna be. And lol nice Mallard

@luv_kitty looks really good. i mean that, the trees look so naturally placed and I honestly think that it one of the best river scenes i've seen in rmxp.

(on a side note it sort of reminds me of grizzly hills from wow :x)

@fbu: Yup, it's an autumn scene. ^^ Glad you like it so much! Btw, your screenshot looks cool. Is the game going to be some sort of gun like or horror?

@All: So it doesn't need any improvement? I was going to recolor some trees to red, and then have a mix of yellow and red trees.

I would still do that. Little variations like that can make a world of difference in breaking up the monotony and making a game visually appealing.
 
Well one of the main issues for me are two things
1. The leaves are falling but the trees that are used are cone trees since they don't have leafs that is not possible.
2. I hope you didin't think about recolour the cone trees since they don't turn red or yellow in autumn like leaf trees does.

Still toiling on that mine, huh? Looks like it's one massive dungeon. I like the edits to the track-- that slope to the left. Will we be able to ride any carts?
