I think it looks fine, but maybe it's because of the fog, rain and darkness, it makes it hard to see.

PS: I like the tileset, i'd love to see more of it.

Those red lights don't look right, they look like they are hovering over the screen rather than being in it.  Perhaps there are too many as well that just stick out like a sore thumb.  (This is coming from someone who likes light effects by the way)

@noobo
Why not grouping all the information together at one place, so that it'll be easier for players to look at? Or maybe just group the weapon and healthbar together. Right now it looks like I have to look all over the screen to find the information I need @_@

@malachi
I agree with Calibre. The lights go over some of the walls that it shouldn't. For example, the first column of the second row. :S

@ Adrenaline: you clump too many of the same things near each other in the first screen. and while your outside mapping skill are impressive, your insides are completely random and overdone. no one has that much shit on their wall or crammed up against it... :\

and in this map:

your perspecitive is completely shot, by trying to make it look gradualy sloping, remember that its tile based, and that just looks bad. HOWEVER, the way you did the other one, this one:

looks good.

I don't find his interior mapping "random" at all. It looks completely reasonable to me, aside from the grass poking through the wall on the third (top-bottom; left-right) screenshot.

The tileset seems like it's really awesome, but in that screenshot you can't realy tell due to the massive night-ish tint. D: I think it'd be better to show a less covered screenshot for comments on the tileset.

Adrenaline..love it..all of it!  Nice work man..love the new ideas you tried..the mountain area coverup with the rising sand..the house/building that has terrain on top of it..etc... very nice! Some of my fav I have ever seen :)

@noobo
  That's much better! :D  The buttons you use are a bit weird for me though :S  Or maybe you're not using a QWERTY keyboard?

@Malachi
  I think that looks better :) I'm not sure about this but would it be better if you took the fog out?

@Yeyinde
  Seeing your screenshots make me want to go back and play the game again now ^ ^

The buttons are temporary till I complete the abs.

Malachi I mean that you need to make the lights more a part of the map, they look stuck on.  You also need to get consistency right.  The window lights are clearly turned on and bright yellow yet they emit no light.  Make the screentone less dark and perhaps lower the opacity of the blue light.  Have you tried playing with add and sub on the blue lights.  The tileset itself and the map are pretty nice in the shot with no fog.

Not really D: 2k3 kicked ass in it's time.
Unfortunately, that little project I'm working on in VX isn't completed enough even for a screenie. I'll post one in the future :3
