This has a lot of features in one screenshot :O
The pictures are dimmed and the name is greyed because you can't buy it.
The price is greyed because you dont have enough Pengons for it, and the item number is yellow because you can't carry any more of them. Also, shurikens at that shop are set to sell for 3x the normal price :O I can set the shops to buy / sell certain items at different rates :D
On top of that, though you can't see it, this shop is a buy-only shop. It goes straight to the buying screen.

Though you can't see it in this one either, this is a screenshot of a sell-only shop. It goes straight to the selling screen.

This is a screenshot of a normal shop, at the buy/sell menu. It's really just a modification of the 'Attack/Escape' menu that appears at the start of battles XP

This is a screenshot of the Purchase Menu. It calculates how many of the item you can actually buy/carry. Up/Down increase/decrease by 1, left/right go by 10s.

This is what it looks like when you select a weapon. The small window on the right will show all the characters in your party, with an icon next to them showing if the weapon will raise their attack, lower their attack, has the same attack, or if they can't equip it. There's going to be a lot more to the various weapon types than just plain attack, though, but I don't have nearly enough room to put everything else in. Some weapon types will have more defense, some will have less attack but stronger skills, etc... It's going to end up needing a lot of strategy and preference :D

And lastly, this is what it looks like when you're buying armor. It also shows all the characters in your party, with 1-2 icons next to them. It shows if they can equip it, and whether it raises/lowers/is equal to the defense and magic defense of whatever you have equipped in that slot. There's also going to be a lot more to armor than just phys/mag defense, but, no room :/
The skills you gain will change depending on what combination of weapon/orb/armor you have equipped :D
