They all look very western cartoony to me (except the pokemon). Like something I'd see in a newspaper comic strip.
The only thing that would make it look like anime would be the big eyes in some of the pictures. But just having big eyes shouldn't be enough to call it anime.

Yes, I agree with Coyotecraft. To me it looks more of a western style comic style, like Boneville's Jeff Smith. Or something from a few of the works at Darkhorse Comics.
