I just gave in to temptation.. ate an entire medium pepperoni pizza.

I only ate oats today, so it did fit my macros, however, I will need to work my fucking ass off regardless so I don't mess up again. A treat = an ass whooping, and I have to train myself to realize that.
 
Thanks for your reply Venetia :) I was totally imagining you with your hands grabbing your face screaming "WHYYYY!?". I'm 5ft8, my weight stays around 8st5lbs to 9st. Heaviest I've ever been was when I broke up with my ex a few years ago, hit 10st2lbs. I have a good metabolism, but my only downside is the smoking.

Keep up the good work Saukrates, would love to see daily pictures of your weight loss and where you can see it most. Or that's just my girlish side wanted to see some more abs. :|

that's not even slightly overweight. if anything that sounds underweight ;x

So... today, eh?

Woke up, ate two weetabix with some half fat milk and a little sprikling of sugar and a pint glass of dilute blackcurrant (Blackcurrant squash?)... decided to walk to work too, bought some lemon and lime flavoured Volvic (A 500ml bottle), got to work after half an hour of walking, bought a 1.5 litre bottle, worked for around 2 hours, bought a brown bread(cake) tuna mayo sandwich (We have like the best ones EVER!), worked again for 2 hours...

Now this is where it gets interesting:

Got to the cinema, laughed at all the 200+ people in line waiting to buy tickets for the Avengers film since I booked mine online, skipped past them, got my tickets within 30 seconds and called them all losers (Says the guy dressed as Captain America, who goes to stand with his two brothers and his dad, dressed as Thor, Hulk and Iron Man respectively... fuck yeah Avengers Family!), and had an hour to kill before the film started, so we went out into the complex and had...

Burger King.

I had an XL Bacon Double Cheese Burger, it was basically two half pounder burgers with 3 slices of cheese and about 5-6 strips of bacon, along with a litre of diet coke (Hey, diet!) and large fries... that probably fucked up my entire days worth of calories... that was between 4:15pm and 4:40pm

Then we went back into the cinema to line, and half way through lining, we decided we wanted pop for inside the film and some sweets/chocolate, so I bought a super size sprite (Not diet...) which was 1.5 litres, and a 500g bag of crispy m&m's... this was at around 5:10pm

I finished all that off by around half 6 maybe 7pm-ish, and I honestly don't want to eat another bite for the rest of the day...

When I got back from the cinema I was peeing for over a minute non-stop and it was almost as clear as tap water!

I don't want to weigh myself now :sad:

I'm just aboot to get my first meal in since I stayed up too late playing Prototype 2. Thank God it's a rest day, or I'd be screwed for my workout (which would be going on atm, and I'd be passed out with vomit everywhere).

117lbs? Jesus H Brist that's tiny, especially for 5' 8" (You're just an inch shorter than me, and to keep my ego from being damaged, you're exactly the same height as Jason).
 
Actually, yeah, that BMI is 17.8. Underweight.

Sounds to me like you need to worry less about fad diets and consider a cheeseburger diet for a little while, hon!

BMI is extremely inaccurate, and basically useless (although in this case it's accurate since I know women who are 5' 2" at 117lbs and they're only decently muscular). I'll give you an example: When I was bulking, I was at approximately 188lbs @ between 14% and 16%. I was still lean, however, my BMI stated that I was over-weight.
 
My metabolism UTTERLY CRASHED AND BURNED when I went without my narcolepsy meds between september and february. I gained 25lbs. Went up to size 10 pants ulghghgh

I'm getting back on the dieting/exercising wagon now, myself. Super bummer that it's back to 95 degrees/100% humidity out. And that our exercise equipment is in the garage ... (Need to move it back in but my fiance is not thrilled about moving it inside the house)

Anyway Sauk, looks like I'm joining forces with you on your summer cutting regimen! (except for me it's more ... wanting to be less of a fat fuck. i miss my size 6 sexypants D; D; D;)

Yes I know, it doesn't apply very well to muscular people. I've said this myself on this forum many times. But most people aren't bulky or muscley enough for BMI to be so skewed.
And if it ever regards you as UNDERweight, you're underweight. There's not a lot of debate about that. It's not like you're going to have hollow bones like a bird.

Yeah, I started ripping on myself after I posted submit for completely overlooking that point. I was going to edit it :butt: it's too late now.
