So... today, eh?
Woke up, ate two weetabix with some half fat milk and a little sprikling of sugar and a pint glass of dilute blackcurrant (Blackcurrant squash?)... decided to walk to work too, bought some lemon and lime flavoured Volvic (A 500ml bottle), got to work after half an hour of walking, bought a 1.5 litre bottle, worked for around 2 hours, bought a brown bread(cake) tuna mayo sandwich (We have like the best ones EVER!), worked again for 2 hours...
Now this is where it gets interesting:
Got to the cinema, laughed at all the 200+ people in line waiting to buy tickets for the Avengers film since I booked mine online, skipped past them, got my tickets within 30 seconds and called them all losers (Says the guy dressed as Captain America, who goes to stand with his two brothers and his dad, dressed as Thor, Hulk and Iron Man respectively... fuck yeah Avengers Family!), and had an hour to kill before the film started, so we went out into the complex and had...
Burger King.
I had an XL Bacon Double Cheese Burger, it was basically two half pounder burgers with 3 slices of cheese and about 5-6 strips of bacon, along with a litre of diet coke (Hey, diet!) and large fries... that probably fucked up my entire days worth of calories... that was between 4:15pm and 4:40pm
Then we went back into the cinema to line, and half way through lining, we decided we wanted pop for inside the film and some sweets/chocolate, so I bought a super size sprite (Not diet...) which was 1.5 litres, and a 500g bag of crispy m&m's... this was at around 5:10pm
I finished all that off by around half 6 maybe 7pm-ish, and I honestly don't want to eat another bite for the rest of the day...
When I got back from the cinema I was peeing for over a minute non-stop and it was almost as clear as tap water!
I don't want to weigh myself now :sad:
