Kiniko, that looks pretty cool. It's a nice template. I'm gonna be using it in my side game.

@Crazymew, i might have gotten it back when we were collaboroating on the KSVB project. you sent me a whole file of stuff, and it might have been in it.

So i tried an animation riight... and this is how it came out...
I decided that if i find a good animation of a DBZ power-up (the one with the cresent waves of energy) then this actually would be some good... but... seems i would like to get some opinions on it... cause i tried...

Well thanks for that info.. those sprites are being used for the beginning of my game... Samurai Ragnarok... You should check it out... i'm waiting for my scripter to get back from vacation so that we can do a huge update on Ragnarok's screens...

I kind of like the template Alistor put up, Would you guys mind if I used it? It looks like your old one anyway XD. I would credit of course...but who actually made it?

The idle for Your hero. the top portion is nice buuuutttt

you need to atleast have a little animation in his lower body. Rule 1 of animation: If you lock it off (no movement for more then a frame or so) It becomes dead. Don't kill your legs off.

(i had a basic 2D animation class and we got railed on for that all the time)

g-man, that template was actually made by darksy... how it got to me is a bit of a mystery, but i changed it to black and added the color...

Ok... i've recently been made aware that our menu doesn't look very Japanese or "oriental" for that matter... so i decided to do something different in the mock up... and work on this... so... I present the old and the new... please give Crits and Critiques... Thank you...

I think giving crits and critiques will make the menu look better... every response helps...

I think the biggest thing that puts me off is the font. I'm assuming you'll have different font right? That would help a bit. Also in the second one, I take it that the characters are where the black portions are? Other than that I'm still a fan of you're work Dark, (I actually had a question for you but I'll PM you about it). But yeah, my ten cents.

Very nice drawing. And I personally like the sprites you've created. The word "sucks" doesn't apply to these.

A preview of the Intro Sprites... all of them... i have to contact a few ppl cause i might sprite some characters from some random games into the intro... (i need to fill my bar with characters...)... Also i might do some artwork of the character to put in the in game art gallery...
