ZenVirZan that feeling is a basic human instinct, you can probably will yourself above it.

My solution to when I had that feeling just over a year ago was to sleep on the floor (it's somewhere different) and start planning all the shit you'll get done during the year and start doing it.

Good idea, I might re-arrange some furniture or something.

I don't want to write about personal experience, but basically what I learned; someone who tries to make their ex jealous to get back with them hasn't grown up. That kind of person feeds basic human instinct and doesn't gain anything from it, even if jealousy works it's just stepping back into the point before the breakup.
If you make yourself above the unreasonable anger then you can point at all the people who gets absorbed in it and say "I'm a better person than that".
I think getting past these feelings is a case of willpower over instinct.

Yeah. I've kept it totally cool, as unchanged as possible, and I've looked at it from their point of view to see how I should act. I've been keeping it to myself and not acting on it which I plan to continue doing, but it's still annoying having it always there in the back of my mind. Hopefully I can take this feeling and outlet it towards something constructive.

Just having someone listen makes me feel a little better already; cheers for that Xi.

Everyone has a story. Yours is probably worse than most, but there's a lot of people out there who never tell their story and quietly live on after going through some real tough stuff.

I meant questions about VR porn itself rather than what I am doing.

I am actually pretty disappointed with what I found right now. Didn't feel like I was there at all.

The most interesting demo I saw was a video of a dude and a lady having it off from the POV of the lady. That made me burst out laughing, but it was interesting as it was a perspective of sex I've never really seen before. But like most of them, didn't make me feel like I was there.

The most immersive and probably the best demo I think was this 3D viewer, called Lucid Dreams or something like that. It featured static models of women in their pants with their boobs out in various poses. The 3D models were very realistic, but I bet if I wasn't in VR they would have looked low-polygon and pretty low quality. In VR I felt like I was there a bit more so they seemed realistic. I could move the camera right up close and inspect all sorts of angles. The most realistic view would be looking at nipples, it was probably a cold day as they stuck out quite far, but in VR that was a good point of reference for distance as they were stuck out, so staring at them felt the most immersive. It was a very high quality demo all around, but I'd like to have gotten the camera in the position of one of the models' heads so I could see their POV.

Getting into POV is quite interesting to me as I tried Elite Dangerous with the woman pilot model and it totally freaked me out having boobs (they aren't even that large in Elite, but the angle I sat out made them get in the way more than I'd like, so I had to sit up straight to play proper).


Overall; 2/10. Did not find it arousing and it was dull. Very early stages. Character POV and realistic 3D models in a very high quality engine seems like the best way to get VR porn working to me, so things like virtual strip clubs or being the awkward third wheel in the bedroom with two 3D models and then jumping into POV.
