I'm probably going to make a TileD -> MV map converter. The TileD Plugin is great and all, but the sacrifices it comes with are rather annoying.
The other tool I'm planning to make is a picture layers -> MV map converter. Parallax map Plugins tend to have weird performance issues, which are totally unnecessary as MV already has a nice Tilemap class which solves the large image issues.

Edit: if others are interested in tools like this then I may make a thread about them for input and ideas.
