In this election it was better to vote for whoever was most likely to beat the Conservatives, than to vote for who you ideally would want in power, as it was expected to be a Tory majority from the get go so the goal for opposition should have been to take as many Tory seats as possible and hope for at least a hung parliament - which is what has happened, so that's less Tory seats in parliament, although they're going to remain in power as they're creating a majority with the Democratic Unionist Party, an Irish party that's known to be very much pro-Christianity, anti-homosexuality, anti-abortion (they're part of why NI citizens have to travel into GB if they need abortions).HiPoyion":1h9mwj8u said:
