You can find a link to my save file here.
I gave up on that when I thought I had cleared the entire underground dungeon only to find that I had missed 2 types of wool. I didn't really feel like going back and double checking every single corner. Getting all of the underground fully lit up was accomplishment enough for me. I started the Legendary one (I think that's the name) and it appears to be a lot more straight-forward, so you're a lot less likely to miss a color or two. It's hella hard, though.LiquidMetal91":1g7l4inf said:I finally cleared the Sea of Flames map :D

Client
Server
Now, it isn't fully released, so there will prolly be changes. On top of that, the server obviously is not yet supported by bukkit or any mods, so it's pretty much install for vanilla play for now.
To get the client working, replace the jar file in your user data directory (.minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar) with the new one. I had to laugh at theory, because he's been wanting a completely, 100% legit golden apple since he found out they could spawn in dungeons, and he finally got one. On a completely temp server. One that will be deleted as soon as 1.8 is official. Meaning it's totally wasted and pointless.
As best I can tell, it IS complete. It even has a few unannounced features. For example, biome colors have been updated, and silverfish spawn out of occasional stone blocks (with ID 97 instead of 1). However, one thing that was promised and not delivered was spike blocks.Fusty":byv9ogrw said:Glitchfinder":byv9ogrw said:So, 1.8 was officially leaked. Meh, I think I'll just wait for the full release, it's pretty useless to download an incomplete version when the full version comes out next week.
you need to turn draw distance down. and/or do this fix in javaGraydar":2ays75q3 said:I can't run Minecraft, I can play for about 5 minutes, then it crashes and says it's out of memory. :L
