I am in about 45 minutes, but there is just something I have to say before I go any further:

Thank you. Thank you for easy mode.

Yes, I would of never beaten that without easy mode. >_<

*It still took me about 10 times after easy mode though*

You really should make Finleys shooting games more laptop compatible, maybe the option to fire using the keyboard while still using the mouse to move?
Love the game so far though (why is the dungeon design in MotW always so much better than mine? :( )
I'm kinda stuck with that golem puzzle, I can't get him into the last room with the gray switch.

And to think the hard mode actually used to be even harder.

I am not sure how I would make the shooting minigames work with both the mouse and the keyboard. It may be something for me to explore in the future. I tried to make the mouse minigames beatable though even if you do have trouble making the shots. I hope all laptop users will manage to get past it without any serious scars.

You need to find a way to get you and your golem into that room. The only way would be to get the golem through the gates and then use the passage that is blocked off by bars to crawl to the other side. But first you need a find a way to break open the bars.

Finley's dream sequence was basically the best thing ever.

I felt that the confrontation with Solik came too soon.

Solik seemed like an important character, and all we've seen of him up until this point is in scattered cut-scenes from the last two arcs. When I defeated and killed him, it didn't really strike any chord. I would have loved to see more of Solik -- and be given more reason to hate him -- before we confronted him.

Anyway, I'm at the ancient castle. Amazing work, guys.

.

You should finish playing before you say that. :3

Laurel needs a multi-person heal. Cade's group had a much easier time than Auburn's simply because I didn't have to guess who was going to take damage during the turn.

Disregard that if she gets one at a higher level, I think the only time she levelled at all was after Solik.

Still, a good way to spend a night.

HOLY CRAP EMMA REALLY IS SPARROW!

Agreed on the multi-heel and the group. But I'm still having issues with that dungeon.
How do I get past that one with the floors that raise up with that switch? I cannot seem to find anything around there to get past those. The spike when it is on the lower, the door is locked on the upper. . . Hmm. . .

Ack, I intended to help you with that and forgot <_<

Hint: Take Auburn up to the level where there's sand on the floor.

I mean move the target thing/pointer with the mouse like normal but instead of having the fire button as the left mouse button use a keyboard button (eg have the option to fire with the left mouse or 'S' Key)

laptop users always end up having to double tap the touchpad to left click (there are a set of mouse buttons but almost everyone develops the habit of not using them as they are inconvenient)

I have a real hard time with the shooting games :(

Stuck in the Golem room. I equipped the golem with the spikes, but I have no clue how to get the bars off. I tried spinning and jumping in front and behind them, but to no avail. A little help, guys?

You have to get the bomb upgrade for the golem

Laptop players are a bit disadvantaged when doing the rat minigame, but given that there's only one rat to shoot, you just have to put your cursor in the way this rat will take, and click when it does. I have beaten the hard level that way on my laptop.

As for Yaled, yes, he's pointlessly hard. And all you'll get is a bloody cookie. Life's unfair. But you should do this quest after the dungeon, you'll have a higher levels and better items (especially if you got the secret formula...)
