I hate what you did with the head but really like what you did with the arms. I think you've inspired me to work on this again. :3

Glad i could help somehow ^^, i added some pixels to the bottom of the head because it looks like too much neck was showing before, but i added too much of that dark shade to the back of the head.

This is just my opinion here, i think his chest pops out too much, i believe his stance will look a bit better if you took off some chest, this will also make the neck area not so thick looking.

Edit: Here's a different take on the side frame, and forgive me for screwing with your template so much man, this will be the last post i  make.

Edit: I deleted the pictures from photobucket but i have the edit saved in case you still want to use the arm or whatever.

i changed the palette and made some small changes to the front idle

Man, those are gorgeous sprites. I love'em. Can't wait to see what developes with this unique lil template. =)
