He has crotch-butt syndrome, in that his butt is exactly the same size and shape as his crotch :'O. Give that bad boy a little more junk in his hypothetical trunk.
Additionally the shading on the back of the legs is backwards: it should get darker approaching the knee on the thighs, then light at the calves, then darker again approaching the ankles.
Also you can separate the scapulae a little more.
Feet look good though :'D

LOL. The shading IS backwards now that I look at it again. Looks like he has freaky backwards knees. Also, yes, more butt pl0x.
I also am not entirely jiving with the way the back of the head meets the shoulders. It seems as though there should be some sort of shading there, although on a sprite I doubt it would matter so much.

I am seriously struggling with the side views. The hardest part is keeping them consistent with the style of the front view while making it look good.

This is looking M-U-C-H better.
I feel like the female's arms end about one pixel too soon.
The 3rd sideview from the right is the best by far. I'd recommend widening his bicep/shoulder by one pixel backward though, so you can't see his back. Don't worry about making the upper arm a little on the fat side, it won't look that way with shading. The way it is now it looks half-broken since it slopes forward one pixel-column.
Not sure if I like the nose/mouth part, but it does add some needed definition.

The fronts are pretty much final, at least for the male. Especially since I've made so many characters on the front already.
