this is only the first concept and the finished version will look ALOT better then this. and also the sprite is just for a size test. Our player sprite template works good and it will be edited to make it look smoother...
So the game can work. But I do understand what you think. My biggest worry is that RTP will be too small for it! (on your teams project)
We had a mature chat over it and I said I won't sprite anymore of what I've done so far, and he said that hopefully the drawings can look RTP, if that fails and I get tasks to sprite new styled chars or modify any of them, I simply won't, it was going, but now this will delay production, A LOT, a mapper could have solved this in a better way
Whoa now production is not slowed, actually I've been waiting for a modern tileset for weeks, this way we can
get tiles exactly how we want, don't worry about production, I'm doing everything in rtp and going back and remapping with the landscapes later, y'know thats what companies like Square and any other rpg companies do, Story and systems 1st, then all the pretty perks and stuff.
