I really liked this game. It was great. And those words are very general, but yeah.
There's something about the point system I'd like to point out (no pun intended). Maybe this doesn't happen to everyone, but I got my points past 39,000 (which is above what was called perfect). At the part where you can go left to fight Grier's bat army or right to solve a puzzle, I kept fighting the bats until my points got that high. Plus, there's a healing fountain in the same room, which makes the process very easy.
Also, I'm a little confused about this: "Some downloads have the alternate ending possible to get, some don't." In a version that doesn't allow the alternate ending, would some of the actions required to get that ending be blocked off, or can you still do everything but you just don't get the ending? No, I didn't get the other ending. And there are a couple things that I couldn't access or appeared to do nothing when I expected otherwise. There was that area right after the puzzle to the right of Grier's bat army that looked like you were crossing a bridge over a lower area. I didn't know how to get there and I don't think I was there before. Does this have something to do with that puzzle? Opening the exit from the puzzle room was easy enough, but the instructions were confusing to me, and it seems like if the puzzle were solved a certain way... There was also that high-up switch you have to hit with a small rock in a room far to the left. I hit the switch, but couldn't figure out what it did. I explored the surrounding area as it appears when you have and have not activated the switch, and didn't find any differences.
There was this one puzzle I especially enjoyed. It was the one where you have to hit two hidden switches. I somehow found the first one easily, but it might have been 10 minutes before I noticed the other one. Frustrating, but in a very good way.
