The whole point is that there is a problem, no, no kind of topic will solve the problem, but its a step towards dealing with it, or not dealing with it as the case may prove to be.

I disagree. I don't consider myself to be the target for this topic but if I was I wouldn't take away anything from it if it was conveyed to me like that, the same rule applies to anything being told to you in everyday life in such a manner.
By just bombarding messages about how shit normal members are and how good staff members are it just creates a bigger gap that benefits nobody in the long run. Discussion between members and staff should be on the same level but this just creates a gap and as a "member" I get a bit bored of reading how collectively terrible we are.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that, I was completely certain I was stuck here.
And on a less sarcastic note, yes, I have expressed my dislike of some staff members, so what? I just don't like whining.
I'm not going to stop going somewhere because of a few annoying people.

Of course it takes a while to settle and realize how forum posting is supposed to work, but some people just don't seem to be making that effort. We all make a few mistakes the first few weeks or months of our forum days then we improve rapidly, but some people seem to be taking years.

Whether we need them / want to ban them whatever I don't care but I can't imagine an 18 year old who genuinely wants to get into rmxp acting like a tard non-stop.
