God, there's an idea. Pales in comparison to what a coordinated graduation prank can accomplish, though...

Oh, I agree there.
At my old school, there was a large dragon fountain, given that dragons were the school mascot/symbol/whatever.
So, thus, the Naga(indo word for dragon) Fountain. The pool that it fed was a regular octagon with about a meter and a third on each side. So, a lot of water.
But what does this have to do with the prank, you ask?
Well, here's the prank.
One of the grad students had brought back nine or ten boxes of some kind of super-bubble forming, long lasting solution from some first world country somewhere.
So, at six, about 45 minutes before people would start arriving at school, they filled the fountain with this stuff.
By the start of lunch period, at 11:13, the bubbles had expanded about four meters out from the naga statue. When I had my spare period, at 1:17, they'd reached a fairly constant distance of six meters from the center of the fountain, occupying the center of B block.
Now, these bubbles didn't go away very easily. When I left school at five, people were shoveling the bubbles into large garbage bags to clear out the area and prevent any staining that might occur (since no-one except the grads knew what the hell was in there), but they still had a fair bit to go.
