(I'm always a little late to reply to these template threads...)
I like this template. It reminds me of maybe a Pokemon game (Ruby - Sapphire era). I couldn't see these with RTP tilesets though. They're just begging to have their own tilesets. Look at their cute little faces.

I think it looks ok, but I can't really judge if it's good or not, anyway it is my first custom sprite.
I also cut out the hair for use with your tool if you want it.

I agree with kiniko. I'd like to see a tileset so I can make myself a tileset for Breeze...

I also suggest a character creator on your website for the breeze, greenraven(Like Mack has). Adds variety to a game if they are able to swap parts.

the hair on the sideview still needs work imo, I'll help you with that

Can I get a c&c on this? I worked on it for an hour so far, and this is my first real sprite. Should I continue it or no? (and would you use it in a game? :P)
P.S. The clothing is supposed to look like what I normally wear, so thats why its more modernish.
