Daniel has a job
Well, kinda.
I've decided, in order to get the game released, I need to think of this as a serious job. From now on, I am going to work as if this is a job I am getting paid for. So, 2 hours a day of working on the game, with overtime. In other words, I'm going to do a minimum of 2 hours work on the game per day, but can of course go over that. Also, I will try my hardest to make at least one design notes post every 2 days.
What does this change?
Well, nothing really, except I will be more active, and the game will be finished quicker.

Design Notes - 2nd April 2008
This sounds small, but it took forever. I went through the tileset for the exterior maps of the game with a fine toothed comb, taking out any unnecessary bits, duplicated bits, and filling in any blank space with a grid for adding new tiles.
This sounds like a nitpicky thing to do, but there's a good reason. I reckon around 1/3 of the tileset was wasted, with nothing on it. I'd ran out of space, maxing it out at around 32,000 pixels. Well, the newfound space brings more possibilities for new areas, and new details around the world.
This has caused a few problems - but none that cannot be solved.
On a side note, the following has also been done:
- Title credits roll
- Title theme music
- New airship tileset
- New snow tileset details
- Stonehenge-type tileset add-ons done
- Introduction to the game completed
