For all... i APOLOGIZE for my absence... there was some much needed items that needed to be accomplished within Heaven's Cloud (My development team which is looking for a spritier BTW... )... but yes... i have come back to heed all calls...

@CrowleyIsm - Thank you, and more Mikaboshi Artwork is on the way...

@ Soulwake - Thank you, and please stick around... i'm a little slow on the artwork because of school, work and heaven's cloud... but i'mma bout to get back into the groove of things...

@ Hydrolic - yes i do take requests, i must get better to compete with more artists as time goes pasts...

-------MAIN EVENT---------
I have now... 4 LOGOs from heaven's CLOUD... and thus have decided to put it into the hands of the forum in creating the ultimate logo for Samurai Ragnarok. So without further ado...

1.) The FIRST LOGO that samurai Ragnarok had

2.) The second, tried an animated approach...

3.) The Third, tried some changing letters, but overall... eh

4.) The Fourth, did some letter rearranging, and added noon silloueete and animated it a bit better than the second...

THIS IS IT... the MAIN EVENT of the EVENING... who will win in this LOGO battle ROYAL... you decide...

I have to say I like the second one the best. It's not as annoyingly flashy as the fourth, but the animation gives it kinda an old school arcade game feel that places it a notch above 1 and 3.

welcome back man, I like 2 and 3 alot but i feel like 3 is missing something, so I'm going with 2

A mix of "Blood Will Tell" and "Brave Fencer Musashi", eh?

Looks good. The 4th needs a bit more work. The edges are a bit gritty. And maybe if you make the animation less frequent, it would help with it being "too flashy".

Seeing as you accept request's, I would very much appreciate a coloured drawing of this, http://img409.imageshack.us/img409/3416/reonim9cj.png[/img], in a fighting pose, possibly holding a blade as a weapon. Thanks if you do this, I'd just love to see Reonim become a bit more alive. I have a sketched design of his boots if you would like some more reference, but if you think you've got it just go for it.

I understand that i've been gone for a while... well that hasn't been the case... Samurai Ragnarok has been taking up alot of my time... We are lookin forward to our next update... which will be coming soon... But in the meantime, my musician, Shizu... has released an album of music for video games... and i support all my teammates in their endeavors... so I decided i'll do some cover work for the Album "Aenaisaiga"... please enjoy and give critiques... this is my second Album cover, so please be harsh... or show support...

I know, I know... i'm slipping... I haven't had a update in soO long... well I've been busy working on samurai ragnarok that I haven't had much time for anything else..

Well, i've gotten the script for the intro (ruby script that is...) and i'm working on artwork for the intro... i think i'mma do something snazzy and unique for Ragnarok... if i can muster the talent... but... i decided to do a comic on Ragnarok (let's see how long this'll last for...)

Please critique... there are going to be words added later, but use your imagination for the mean time... i want to make sure that these scenes are easy to follow...

it's VERY nice man, but the eyes don't seem to match with the rest of the style on the animated ones... unless it's supposed to be like that then, awsome job!

I haven't showcased anything new for a while now... i know ppl are thinking that i died.... but for those that read this... Samurai Ragnarok is taking up TOO much time... I mean... The intro.... (for being an amateur done product...) i think most people will enjoy... i have to get with the rest of HEAVEN's CLOUD to see how the debut of the Intro Movie will go... Stay Tuned...

Oh... and um... Heaven's Cloud is looking for Spriters (especially tileset ones...). Won't be much beyond heavy editing... some minor custom creation skills will be needed... And a Secondary Scripter to take on minor scripting jobs while our main scripter is doing a wonderful job on our huge number of custom scripts (including the custom menu and the pixel movement!!... redone from scratch... he impressed me...)

If anyone is interested in filling the position of one of those two... please leave me a private message...

Amazing program, could really improve the hair alot.

I have nothing constructive to say other than I love your style, it's pretty unique. it does remind me of Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter for some reason, though I may be wrong I turned that game off after 30 minutes.

part of the hair looks like it can be improved..but then again, it just might be me or because it isn't colored in yet. Other than that, I've been watching you're work closely and I'm always impressed with what you come up with.
